A/N: READ THIS BEFORE CONTINUING. There is sensitive material at the end, it isn't that descriptive but implicative... If you aren't interested in reading an uncomfortable situation, you can skip the second section in its entirety.

Kuroko arrives with the rest of Generation of Miracles, minus Akashi. When you first told them at the fast food joint about your crucial role in the festival, it peaked the interest of Kise. He then decided to blab to the rest of the group and convince them to join.

Some faces startle Kuroko like Midorima and Murasakibara. Akashi even stated that he would partake in the festivities, but something unexpectedly came up that left him unavailable. Regardless, Kuroko wanted to enjoy his date with you and instead received a large middle school gathering.

Another date foiled when he finds it crucial he speak to you right away. It's been a month since you began to slowly drift apart from him, and he wants to know why. He has always treated you with gentle understanding and warmth, always striving to be the best man for you. But one day, you just stopped wanting to answer your phone at night and was always busy to make any plans.

He recalls when he spoke to Aomine about it a few days back, and his blunt remark brought a sense of dread over him. 'Maybe she's cheating on you?'

He couldn't fathom the thought. Your commitment never appeared to waver one bit, but to be this distant? He fears that you may have fallen out of love, and that is what keeps him awake at night.

But at the sight of your face, he realizes that it might be something worse. That something is happening to you without his knowledge. Your makeup does little to conceal the dark bags under your eyes; your skin no longer looks glowing and your smile appears weak despite your genuine happiness in seeing him.

"[F.Name]..." Kuroko greets you, his hands cupping yours. "Have you been really busy?"

You force out a laugh, "Yeah, super! A lot of meetings and getting things ready." Your gaze travels to the boys surrounding him. "You guys didn't have to come..."

Kise grins widely, "Not to worry, we wouldn't miss it, senpai!"

You spot the tallest of the bunch and gawk. "E-Even Murasakibara?!"

"They said your school is known for the best festival food," he supplies with a popsicle in his mouth.

You aren't sure how to react. Usually his overwhelming presence instills a sense of apprehension, but currently you stand there more confused than anything. "I see."

The burning of concerned blue optics catches your attention, but you do your best to avoid it. The action inflicts hurt on the boy. "[F.Name]..." He walks up closer to you in hopes of securing your undivided attention. "We need to talk later."

You gulp. Very little escapes Kuroko, and you know you can't hold it in for much longer. "Okay, let's talk after the Mr. and Mrs. Contest. I need to supervise it and then we can hang out." You eye the group, who watches on excitedly. "Alone."

The look of concern does not leave his expression. A myriad of different thoughts cloud his mind as he wonders what in the world your reasoning could be for the distance.

As he watches you leave, he hopes that it isn't anything too serious.

Upon the completion of the contest, your afternoon clears up enough to afford you time with your boyfriend. Thankfully, you had meticulously scheduled everyone's duties to give you some leeway to disappear. A well-earned feat molded by years of being a basketball club manager.

You finish putting away the last of the props and begin racing down a vacant hallway. At the sound of a commotion in one of the empty classrooms, you pause your travels. With your feet still, you try to make out the premise of the yelling. A slap ensues and the culprit sprints out of the classroom in front of you.

You recognize Yuuka's signature coils and reach out towards her, but she goes in the opposite direction without noticing you. The sounds of her sobbing  enter your ears, and you wonder what could be the matter.

But your answer comes in the form of Ikeda-sensei, who steps out the classroom rubbing his cheek. In an instant, his aqua optics find you and you're harshly tugged into the classroom. You can only muster a squeak as he presses you against a locker, slamming the door shut.

"So you told her?"

'Ah, Yuuka never mentioned it to him until today.' He slams his fist against the locker and you jump. Anger mars his handsome features, and it brings a wave of panic. "I told her the day you did that. W-What else did you expect?"

"I thought you a demure little flower, but you sure do have thorns," he laughs bitterly as his fingers trail down to your shoulder to pin you into the locker.

"If you love Yuuka, you wouldn't have done that. O-Ow!" The strength of his hand burying deeper into your skin brings a wave of pain. "Y-Yuuka deserves someone better!"

He lets go but continues his blockade of the exit. You aren't free to leave just yet. "I don't love that student. She was meant to pass the time until I had you."

Your whole world stops at his admission. "Me?"

Annoyance spreads across his face. "Don't act like you didn't know. I even made it so that you became the chairperson for this event... And you never really told me to stop either those times I touched you. You can't blame me for trying to be with a beauty like you--"

"B-Be quiet!" you exclaim. "Stop it! I'm not pretty, stop saying that.. that isn't fair to Yuuka." Your heart breaks for this girl. Even if she tarnished your friendship, her absolute devotion to him is now being defiled by his monstrosity.

"Fair to Yuuka? That girl was so easy to fool," he sighs. "A lot of girls were easy to fool. Funny thing is that they are incredibly caught up with the fact that I show interest in them that they don't utter a word to anyone."

"Well, I will."

"You won't, actually. Not this time." His eyes darken as they drink up your form. You take one step backwards and he stalks forward. "After I'm done with you, you won't be able to tell anyone anything."

Your eyebrows knit together at his threat, confused as to what he means. You doubt he'd take your life; despite his disgusting persona, you didn't quite get the killer vibe from him. However, when he begins to shed his belt, you realize the devious plans he's concocted.

"I can scream."

"Scream all you want. I too planned quite well for the festival," he retorts. "No one should be here for another hour."

You take another step backwards as your eyes scour the room for any aid. The desks are all pushed to one side and neatly stacked; other than that, everything is vacant save for a few bags and lockers. There is only one door into the room and Ikeda holds it hostage. The window is a no-go due to you guys being on the third floor.

He smirks at your attempt to find a way out. "I originally had planned to have my way with Yuuka here, but when she brought up my tryst with you, it all fell through."

"HELP!" you scream. "SOMEBODY PLEASE!" The sound bellows through the hallway, but nothing responds. Not footsteps, not laughter, nothing. Just as he predicted.

The look of defeat brings a giant smile to his face, and you remain rooted to your spot. It isn't until he pounces that you run towards the desk to maybe throw one at him, but he is too quick. He grabs your elbow and slams you to the floor; the fall brings an immeasurable amount of pain causing you to pause any attempt to escape.

He takes the chance to put his handkerchief in your mouth, and it's then you realize the limitation of your chances to preserve your sanity.

A/N: If you did read the second section, it is left open-ended for a reason. It's more like "will someone save her in time?" kind of thing. I will update next week hopefully but if not the week after that.
