A/N: Oof. I'm somewhat back. Taking it one step at a time as I edit what I do have written. Life is hectic as always that I wonder how some people do it... Fulltime job, life, dogs, and studying. And just crap getting thrown at you every two seconds. ugh e_e;

"Aomine..."

"[Name]..."

You stare at the tan boy with little energy. You still show a wariness to the boy and he isn't overly fond of you either judging from his expression. But for the sake of your boyfriend, you remain in your spot, head held high.

"I want to formally introduce you to her as my girlfriend," Kuroko speaks up.

His face doesn't budge an inch at the news. He just shifts his weight onto one leg as he crosses his arms. "Looks like you finally got your crap together," he comments in a bored tone.

There isn't any malice to his statement, and although you can hear Kuroko beginning to speak up on your behalf, you decide to take the comment in stride.

"Yeah, I finally did," you respond sternly as you begin to bow. "I'm sorry for all the trouble I've caused."

The action pauses Kuroko's mouth, and the two males stare at you for a brief silent moment. "Hn whatever," Aomine spits out. It's his way of accepting your apology, and you feel a small weight fall off your shoulders. "So is this all I'm here for?"

"No," Kuroko speaks up. "We need to teach [Name] how to shoot."

Now both you and Aomine mirror the same stunned expression. "Why do I have to?" Aomine questions as he picks his ear.

"Because you taught me and apparently she's just as bad as me. It would be great to learn from the same person."

"Y-You don't have to!" you interject quickly. "I can learn from Tetsuya only."

Aomine stare bounces between the two of you. He isn't wholly invested in teaching you, but there's a string within him that pulls him to accept the idea. "Fine, I got nothing else to do."

You stand there in awe at his willingness to teach, watching him travel over to the nearest basketball. He recovers it with one hand and without so much as a glance in the hoop's direction, he swings his hand and throws the ball perfectly into the hoop. A clean 'swish' is heard, and you glance at him with eyes as wide as saucers.

"You shoot like that."

"..." Not a word can be uttered at the situation, not when you've seen an absolute miracle.

"I told you that explanation doesn't work," Kuroko deadpans.

You watch as the two discuss ways to help you shoot. Each suggestion is weirder than the next, and you just stand there with full acceptance. 'I was right... These people are weird.'
