Over the summer things had gotten worse in the wizarding world and it was leaking into the muggle world as well. Today we went to the Dursley's out of fear that Voldemort would kidnap and torture them. So, that is where we would be moved from, The Dursleys.
The issue is the only family I've ever met from my parents is my brother, my godfather and Sirius. I've never met any other family and from Harry's description, they deserve a smack in the face. Sirius and Remus should've had us from the beginning.
So there I stood with my brother, in the abusive house that he grew up in. "So, you're her?" Aunt Petunia question, "Aria Potter? We all thought you died with my sister and your father."
"You and everyone else." I sighed, "I didn't even know I was a Potter until I was 13."
"I see her in you." She commented, I looked at my Aunt as she walked away from me and to Harry.
"So does everyone else." I mumbled. I listened to their conversation.
"I've lived in this house twenty years. And now, in a single night, I'm expected to leave." She told my brother.
"They'll torture you. Even Dudley. If they think you know where I'm going, they'll stop at noth-" She cut Harry off.
"You think I don't know that? You think I don't know what they're capable of? You didn't just lose a mother that night in Godric's Hollow, you know. I lost a sister." Our aunt told him.
"Do you have any? Magic?" Harry asked.
"What a cruel thing to ask." She said and I rolled my eyes at her. As they left I stood in the doorway as Harry stood in the front yard.
"Well, this is goodbye then, boy." Uncle Vernon told Harry. "And it was not a pleasure to meet you."
"Same goes for you." I agreed.
"I don't understand. Aren't they coming with us?" Dudley questioned.
"Who?" The older man questions.
"Harry and Aria." He clarified.
"Absolutely not."
"Why?" He wondered.
"Well, because they don't want to, do you?" Vernon asked us.
"Absolutely not. Besides, I'm just a waste of space. Isn't that right, Vernon?" Harry questioned.
"I'm going to stick with my brother on this." I sighed, walking up to stand next to him.
"Come on, Dudley, we're off." Vernon said, getting in the car, then Dudley does the unexpected and comes up to Harry.
"I don't think you're a waste of space." Dudley then extended his hand to my brother.
"Well... thanks." Harry nodded, taking the hand. Then Dudley nodded at me before heading for the car. "See you, Big D." Harry muttered under his breath and I snorted.
"That's what he called himself?" I laughed.
"I know, it's stupid." He agreed.
"More like a dick joke." I told him, going back into the house with Harry following me.
It was hours before they arrived to move us. In the meantime Harry showed me the broom closet that he slept in most of his life and I was ready to go back and slap the Dursley's for that but he stopped me from doing anything stupid.
By the time everyone got here, it was already dark. It was safer for Draco to stay back at the Burrow, so after I convinced him and some arguing about it, he reluctantly agreed because if they for some reason found out about it they would probably take him, I didn't want that.
