Ch. 18 Poachers

The next day

3rd pov: After breakfast the group decided to stay at the lake for a while longer, relaxing in the shade was dawns togekiss and pachirisu while whirlipede decided to join them, in the water was Mamoswine with houndour  and rufflet on its back while piplup was trying to get Mamoswine to fall by unsuccessfully freezing it's feet. Dawn with her quilava joined ash and his Pikachu on a walk in the forest nearby, they were telling her about trip, the only friend ash had made in unova

Dawn: This kid kinda sounds like ash.. "So why didn't Trip join you?"

Ash: "Oh well we thought it would be more exciting if we met randomly and when we met we would battle, he kinda like my rival" I wonder how he's doing......

3rd pov: Out of nowhere an ember came straight at dawn, quilava absorbed the attack while ash defensively got infront of dawn with Pikachu alert and ready

Ash: "Who's there!"

Pikachu: "Pika!"

Dawn: Why is he so worked up...... "Ash it was probably just a-"

????: "Blu...."

Ash and Dawn: "A swablu?"

Dawn: "Aww little girl are you lost?"

Pokemon speech activated

Quilava: "Why did you spit an ember at my trainer!"

Pikachu: "Chill quilava, I'm sure swbalu was just scared, weren't you swbalu?"

Swablu: "I'm very sorry it's just I thought you were with those men who took my big brother away"

Pikachu: Poachers...... "If you could lead us to where these men took your brother we could help save him"

Swablu: "Really? Thank you thank you thank you! He got taken over here....."

Pokemon speech deactivated

3rd pov: After a small discussion between the 3 Pokemon Pikachu and quilava seemed too beckon thier trainers to follow them which they obviously did. After awhile the wild swablu stopped, Dawn and Ash were confused until they saw what was ahead of them

Ash: "Hey that's that Scizor we saw when we got here, right Pikachu?"

Pikachu: "pika"

Dawn: Damn these Poachers seem to be everywhere nowadays..... "How are we going to save it"

Ash: Hmm..... What if....... Yeah that might work "Alright dawn Pikachu and I will challenge the 2 Poachers to a Pokemon battle while you, quilava, and swablu free Scizor from his restraints"

Dawn: "And once he's free?"

Ash: Kill th- no I can't think like that... " Knock them out and call officer Jenny"

Dawn: "Alright sounds like a plan, I'll wait for your signal"

3rd pov: After making sure dawn was ready ash and Pikachu came out of hiding and shouted

Ash: "Hey release that Pokemon or else!"

Poacher Joel: "Or else what k-"

Pikachu: "Pika!"

Poacher Noah: "You.... You knocked him out without a second thought! Grrr go Ursarang and show this kid who's boss!"

Ursarang: "Ursa!"

Meanwhile with dawn

Dawn: Wow did ash really.... Ehh there bad guys anyways "Alright swablu and quilava use your strongest fire attack on the chains holding scizor"

Back with ash

Poacher Noah: he knocked out Ursarang with one hit?! "Wait wait I surrender please just don't hurt me!"

Ash: Do I do it? It'd be so easy to jus- No if I did that then I'd be just as bad Elesa said I was.... "Pikachu  use a light thundershock to knock him out"

Pikachu: "Pika pi!"

Ash: "Great work Pikachu!" Now to call  officer Jenny.......

Half an hour later

3rd pov: After being thanked by officer Jenny ash and Dawn went to leave but swablu and Scizor stopped them

Dawn: "What's wrong? Is there something else you need our he-"

3rd pov: After getting a knod of approval from Scizor swablu jumped on dawn and began to hug her while Scizor looked as though it was challenging ash to a fight

Dawn: "You..... want to join my team?"

Swablu: "Blu!"

Dawn: "Alright if you say so......."

Click.

Scizor: "Zor!"

Ash: " So you..... Want to battle to see if I can be your trainer?"

Scizor: "Scizor!"

Ash: "Pikachu you up for it?"

Pikachu: "Pika!"

Ash: "Awesome! Start off with double team

3rd pov: Scizor having only faught other wild sinnoh Pokemon had never had to deal with a Pikachu and so was having a hard time keeping up with all of its clones, ash realized this and seized upon the opportunity

Ash: "Use thunderwave now!"

3rd pov: After having been turning in circles constantly Scizor became confused and became paralyzed, ash didn't want to hurt Scizor so he chanced it

Ash: "Go pokeball!"

2........

3........

Click.

3rd pov: Ecstatic, ash went to grab the pokeball and shouted

Ash: "Alright! I just caught a Scizor!"

Pikachu: "Pika!"

Dawn:finally he's acting like the boy I knew and lo- wait what why am I thinking that! Uhh I hate my head my head sometimes.....

3rd pov: After getting to know their new Pokemon a bit, Ash and Dawn headed back towards lake verity where the rest of their team was. Upon arrival piplup was super pissed at being left out of yet another adventure while the rest of dawn and ash's team were just worried for their trainers. After calming piplup down ash and Dawn brought out their new Pokemon for everyone to see, needless to say everyone was very confused but very happy at the same time. After spending a few more hours at the lake and returning their Pokemon to their pokeballs, Ash and Dawn made their way back to Twinleaf town for tommorow morning ash was leaving......
Dawn was starting to get a very stupid idea..........
