Harry had finally received a response from Sirius, saying he was coming back to the country and is going to be staying in hiding. Harry immediately wrote a response saying that he was just hallucinating, that his scar probably didn't hurt and we imagined my hair glowing.

And classes were getting harder, more work piling on constantly.

In Defense Against the Dark Arts, we were practicing the Imperius Curse and how to fight it off. I had to do ballet, and was half-way fighting it off, while Harry managed to be able to completely fight off the influence of the curse.

In Potions, Snape has been making us study antidotes, and we have all been taking this seriously because he said he will be feeding us poisons and we would be drinking our own antidotes for the cure. So we all wanted to perfect ours.

In Transfigurations, McGonagall explained that the reason we have been getting so much work was to prepare us for our O.W.L.'s, which aren't even until next year.

We had to write an essay on the Summoning Charm in Charms, which I have gotten fairly good at, being able to summon most things.

In History of Magic, we have been reading and taking notes on the goblin's rebellion of the eighteenth century, which is extremely boring.

In Divination, Ronald and Harry somehow got perfect marks on their homework, as did I, but only because Trelawney favors me for being a Seer.

Even in Care for Magical Creatures we've been getting more work. We were suggested to come down during the evenings to observe the Skrewts, which only got more disgusting, as a project.

Hermione also started this group called S.P.E.W. She asked for me to join, and I did, paying her two Sickles for a badge. Harry and Ronald were also forced to join, Neville joined as well, along with a few other students.

I told Hermione that it was a little hypocritical for me to join since I have a house elf, but she said that if I joined, more people would too.

THE TRIWIZARD TOURNAMENT
The delegations from Beauxbatons and Durmstrang will be arriving on 6 o'clock on Friday the 30th of October. Lessons will end half an hour early for preparations.
Students will return their bags and books to their dormitories and assemble in front of the castle to greet our guests before the welcoming feast.

"Only one week away!" Ernie Macmillan exclaims excitedly. "I wonder if Cedric knows? I'll go tell him..."

We all stood in the Entrance Hall, looking at the paper on the wall, a large crowd surrounding. I stood by Hermione, Ronald, and Harry, all of us about to go to the Great Hall for lunch.

"Cedric?" Ronald asks.

"Diggory. He must be entering the Tournament." Harry says.

"That idiot, Hogwarts champion?" Ronald asks, scoffing.

"He isn't an idiot. He's a Prefect and he's really good at Herbology. You're probably just jealous." I say to Ronald with a small smirk.

"Jealous? Of what?" Ronald asks, giving us an offensive look as we all sit down at the Gryffindor table. Ronald and Hermione sat down next to each other, me and Harry across from them.

"He's really good at Quidditch. Seeker for the Hufflepuff team and the team Captain. He beat Gryffindor last year and you're probably still mad about it. It's like me saying I'm mad at Harry for beating Slytherin for the championship last year." I tell him.
