"Your body was holding in too much mana," Aiken said softly, stepping closer to Mila as he looked at her with concern. For the first time, he saw her real face, her dark cyan eyes revealing more than she probably intended.

"Too much mana?" Mila repeated, her voice filled with confusion. She struggled to grasp what he was saying, her head still feeling heavy from the recent ordeal. The memory of the blood, vivid and unsettling, lingered as she glanced at her hands, almost expecting to see it again.

Aiken nodded, his expression serious behind his mask. "Yes, your body is still too small, but it's collecting more mana than one would expect," he explained, his tone gentle but firm. He didn't fully understand the reason behind it, but the signs were clear.

Mila blinked, trying to process his words. "But why would that happen now?" She asked, her voice barely above a whisper. The weight of the situation began to settle in her mind.

Aiken sighed, "I'm not sure, but it's something we need to figure out. You're different, Mila. The mana you hold... it's beyond what even the most gifted should possess at your age. It's as if your body is trying to keep up with something it wasn't yet meant to handle."

Right before the incident...

ZH and Aiken were deep in conversation in Aiken's office, the atmosphere tense with unspoken concerns.

"ZH, it seems as though you haven't told her about your real identity. Why is that?" Aiken asked, his tone curious but probing. He couldn't understand why ZH, who was so close to Mila, had not revealed his true self to her—his closest friend and, perhaps, his future bride.

ZH sighed, looking away as if the weight of his thoughts was too much to bear. "I don't want to tell her yet. I feel like if I did, then things would no longer be the same." His voice was low, filled with uncertainty. He knew that revealing the truth could change everything between them, and he wasn't ready for that.

Suddenly, their conversation was cut short by a piercing scream.

"Aaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!"

Both men bolted from the room, the scream belonging to a maid. Panic was evident in her voice, and ZH's heart dropped as he realized where the sound was coming from. "What's going on?!" Net, nearby, began making an urgent cricking sound, alarming everyone in the vicinity.

Without hesitation, ZH sprinted toward Mila's room, dread gnawing at him. His eyes widened in horror as he reached her room, finding her pale, her bed sheets stained with blood she had vomited. "Get a doctor!!!" he bellowed, his voice filled with desperation.

The doctor arrived quickly, but his face paled as he examined Mila. "There are no internal or external injuries! I don't know what the issue is!!!"

ZH's temper flared, and in a flash, his sword was at the doctor's throat. "You idiot! You call yourselves doctors!" he growled, his fear for Mila manifesting as anger.

"Enough!" A calm but authoritative voice cut through the chaos. Everyone turned to see a cloaked man entering the room. As he pulled back his hood, they saw a young man with black hair and blanched almond eyes. He moved swiftly to Mila's side, assessing her condition with a practiced eye. Stretching his hand over her, the color began to return to her cheeks, and her breathing steadied.

"Lady Mila!!!!" Sara, Thelma, and Cotton burst into the room, their faces etched with worry. Emmett followed, his expression fierce as he demanded answers.

"What happened to her?!" Emmett's voice was sharp, filled with fear and anger.

The young man, Tim, sighed as he looked at the small, fragile child on the bed. "Don't worry. She will be fine. The reason she vomited blood is due to her body taking in too much mana," he explained, his voice calm but laced with concern. "Her body is like a vessel that's overflowing, unable to contain the power within her."
