"Lady Mila!? What happened to your teddy bear?!" Sara exclaimed as she rushed over, her voice filled with concern. Mila, tears streaming down her cheeks, clung tightly to the damaged teddy bear, her small body trembling with emotion. Sara gently took the torn arm from Mila's grasp, her heart aching at the sight of the distraught child.

'Playing the role of an infant is hard,' Mila thought, trying to keep her composure. 'These tears don't come easily, but seeing my teddy bear's arm ripped off...' She felt a deep sadness, knowing that the same person who had caused her pain in her previous life had now destroyed her first gift in this one.

"There, there," Sara soothed, her voice soft as she retrieved a needle and thread from a nearby drawer. With careful hands, she began to sew the teddy bear's arm back in place. "It might not look as perfect as before, but I'll make it as good as I can," Sara reassured her, focusing on the task at hand.

After a few minutes of stitching, Sara handed the teddy bear back to Mila. The arm was securely reattached, but the stitching was a little uneven, and the thread didn't quite match the original color. Still, the teddy bear was whole again, and Sara offered a gentle smile. "Let's go outside, and maybe some fresh air will help you feel better."

Taking Mila by the hand, Sara led her outside into the garden. The bright sunlight and the vibrant colors of the flowers provided a welcome contrast to the gloom of the recent events. Mila looked around, taking in the beauty of the garden, and her spirits began to lift if only a little.

As they walked, Mila noticed a young knight in training practicing nearby. He had dirty blonde hair that caught the sunlight and light taupe eyes that were focused and serious. Intrigued, Mila held her teddy bear close and called out, "Knight!"

The young knight turned at the sound of her voice, his expression softening when he saw Mila and Sara approaching. With a respectful bow, he got down on one knee and placed a hand over his chest. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Lady Mila," he said with a warm smile. "My name is Emmett Larance. I'm currently training to become a knight."

Mila recognized the gesture as one of greeting and respect, and she smiled at him, feeling a bit of her earlier sadness melt away. Sara, standing beside her, also smiled, pleased to see Mila's spirits lifting.

"We came out here for some fresh air," Sara explained to Emmett. "My young lady was feeling upset, so I thought a walk in the garden might cheer her up a bit."

Emmett nodded, understanding, and returned Sara's smile before looking back at Mila, who still clutched the teddy bear that was nearly half her size. "I hope I'll be seeing you both around here often," Emmett said, his tone friendly and sincere.

Mila's heart felt a little lighter as she watched the exchange between Sara and Emmett. She couldn't help but feel a small spark of hope—perhaps there was a chance for love to bloom between them, a new beginning that could bring more happiness into their lives.

Leo had quietly observed what had happened between Vita and Mila, his heart heavy with anger as he watched Vita torment their younger sister. Determined to teach her a lesson, Leo decided to take matters into his own hands. Later, when the opportunity arose, he went to Vita's room and burned most of her possessions, hoping that this would make her realize the consequences of her actions.

As the smell of smoke and the sight of her ruined belongings filled the air, Vita stormed into her room, her eyes wide with shock and fury. Before she could say anything, Leo stood in the doorway, his expression calm but firm.

"Trying to steal someone else's things isn't something a member of the Noble Family should do," Leo said, his voice steady as he looked directly at her, making sure his words sank in. He wanted her to understand that her behavior was unacceptable, especially toward Mila.
