"Your Highness, I did not know that this fox was yours. I do apologize for my actions earlier." The man was afraid now that the emperor was there and did not look pleased by him. 'I don't know what to say.' He could only think of involving the priest in this. "You see, I was only trying to get this priest to come clean by coming at my wife. You see, Your Highness, my wife's dress has been ripped." The man said, showing his wife's dress had been ripped.

"Your Highness, I-" Noah was just about to speak when he was stopped by Ambrose, who held up his hand. It was a clear sign telling Noah to keep his mouth shut.

"This little one of mine had given you a piece of the dress that it tore off. It seems as though she was playing too roughly with your wife. A rip can happen when one plays with a beast, mostly when this one is still just more than a child. I'll compensate for your wife's dress. Just go to the bank and hand them this card." Ambrose tossed a card to the man. The card had the symbol of the Zameth kingdom, with only a limit to how much they could take out. "I best be on my way now. Priest Noah, come with me." Ambrose walked on with Noah, following after from behind. The man had left with his men and wife as they needed to hurry to get the compensation, but they did not intend to let their son or wife return to the church after meeting the emperor.

Ambrose had walked to the garden at the back of the church. He had stopped and cast a spell on Kate to sleep. "Your Highness, I apologize for not being able to do anything at that time." Noah figured it was his time to finally speak out after getting out of that situation.

"Noah, that was the first time that I have seen you angry." Ambrose held a small smile to Noah, and it was the first time that he had ever seen his friend so angry in his entire life. "You never get angry, but this is the first time that I could see the anger on your face." He was glad that Kate could help his friend, but something happened to her in return. "I do not know what happened to Kate, but it seems as though something there frightened her. I do not know if her memories returned, but she was frightened. It was not hard to read her expression." Noah did not know what to say, but he saw Kate's eyes that indicated more like a real monster. "I hope that you do not see her as a monster." Noah looked to Ambrose, who had cherished Kate since she was practically Ambrose's first child. "Kate was reborn with no memories of her last life. I do not wish for her to be unhappy. She is a beast, but she is like my child. I hope that she will find happiness in the future." Ambrose looked to Noah, hoping that he understood what he meant.

"I understand. I will be sure to keep an eye on her in the future and ensure her happiness along the way." Noah vowed to keep that in mind, and he wanted to see her happy as well.

"Noah, do not tell Mila about this matter." Ambrose did not want Mila to know about this matter; there was just enough going on in her life right now that he did not want her to stress too much about it.

"I will keep this situation to myself as if it never happened," Noah replied before speaking further to Ambrose. "Your Highness, if you do not mind. Would you be able to allow me to take care of Kate and help her surpass her fear? When it comes around again." Noah wanted to be able to help Kate if she recalled something at that time. He felt as if she would go into that situation feeling responsible for what had happened.

"We will see after we resolve everything else. This is not the best time, but in the future, I will allow you to do so." Ambrose did not think that it was the best time, but he hoped that Kate would not have any recollection till everything was resolved.

Hearing the birds chirping outside, it was getting closer and closer to the due date for the child to be born. Within the trees, something lurked in the shadows as though ready to launch itself into the room where Mila lay resting. 'It is getting more and more tiring as it gets closer.' Mila tried to get out of the bed but fell down on her bottom. Her legs were feeling weak as she laid her head back against the side of the bed. Panting, she could feel her head aching, which made it hard even to think. "Ambrose..." She fell on her side slowly, breathing heavily as if something was draining her.
