"How is the situation with Hersilia?" Luke asked Eulalius who appeared in his room once more giving him the full report of how the infant was.
"She has been fine. She takes her regular meals given to her by the maids assigned to take care of her. Nothing unusual that has happened so far." Eulalius said with Luke nodding with relief that the young one was being cared for.
"That's good. How about the sorcerer? Where has he gone?" Luke needed to know what had happened to the sorcerer who had fallen in love with his mother who was now resting with no pain or sorrow. 'Mother no longer needs to suffer now that she is gone.' Luke figured that this was the best option out of the rest since his mother was truly like a mother to him.
"He has been doing well for the time-being. He lives in the deep mountains in the cold breeze. It seems as though he rarely comes out of the cave. Continues to do his thing around the forest that surrounds the mountain with some beasts that follow him." Eulalius informed Luke who sighed, seeing how the sorcerer who was his 'uncle' was indeed in love with his 'mother'.
"I never would have thought that he would grow to love her." Luke had gotten up from sitting down on his simple chair. "Yet, it was never meant to be for the two of them." Luke held out his hand that had a glowing orb.
"Your highness, I believe it's time for you to let Lady Lana's soul rest. She may not feel pain anymore, but she does have to go soon." Eulalius looked to Luke who had indeed taken the soul out of Lana's body, but he did not take it because he wanted it.
"I do not think she wants to leave yet." Luke looked to Eulalius since the orb then started floating around Luke and staying close, refusing to leave him.
"Does she refuse to leave you?" Eulalius asked. Seeing very clearly how the orb was Lady Lana's soul, but she refused to go to the afterlife. Luke nodded looking at him since Luke could sense his 'mother' refusing to leave his side, but there was also another feeling like she had another wish that she never got to fulfill.
"I'll let her stay and wander close to me. It is best that she chooses what she wishes to do. After all, she can't really do anything in her weak state since she recently passed. I do not know how long she has until her soul deteriorates, but I hope that she leaves with no regrets." Luke saw the orb stay close by him with Eulalius seeing how Luke had grown fond of his 'mother' when he had such a harsh childhood back in the demon's dimension. "What about Yunma?" Luke then decided to ask about his mother's personal maid who had been in recuperating, but recently found out about his mother's death.
"Sadly, she has left this world as well, but..." Eulalius looked to the floor, his feet stood in view for him.
"What?" Luke wanted to know what had happened to the woman who had taken care of his mother her whole entire life.
"She has taken her life." Eulalius told Luke who did not think that the old maid would take her own life after her lady passed away.
"Has her soul left already?" Luke wanted to know if Yunma's soul had already left without his mother.
"Unfortunately, she has entered into the demons' realm where she can never set foot to the heavens." Eulalius did not think that he would actually encounter her there, but the maid was no old woman in the demon's realm. She was currently a young demon that was trying to enter into the human's home.
"Why was she sent there?" Luke wanted to know why Yunma was sent there when she did not seem like a maid who would go against the laws of the gods.
"She never once did anything bad, but it seems as though she used a forbidden spell that one must never use. She used it to find someone for your mother, and now she remains in the demon realm. She does not remember much, but there is only a memory and determination in her to take care of you for her lady." Eulalius explained to Luke who did not think that Yunma would be in his real home.
