"Master, it will be years before the young lady grows up. Are you sure you want to wait for that long in the human realm?" Eulalius asked, his eyes studying Luke, who stood gazing down at the peaceful people of the Mireraweth kingdom. The kingdom, once plagued by strife and power struggles, was now calm, its people living without fear. Luke was making a difference in the kingdom, but his human body was still held by the curse of it.

Luke smiled softly, his gaze unwavering as he watched the people below. "Yes, I'll stay. I want to experience life as a human, to understand this place while I wait for her to grow up." His voice was calm, but there was a warmth in it that hadn't been there before. In the past, he might have been eager to leave, but now something had changed. He did have a goal, but it would be years before it took place.

Eulalius nodded but couldn't help but ask, "And what about your mother, Master?"

Luke's smile faded slightly, but his tone remained steady. "I think she's fine," he replied simply, as if that was all there was to say on the matter.

Just then, Nerva appeared, his presence calm yet commanding. "Your Highness, the meeting will begin soon," he informed Luke. Nerva had become a crucial figure in the kingdom, helping his nephew rule wisely. The shadows of his past had been largely erased, with most now accepting him for the man he had become. Eulalius quietly slipped into the shadows as Nerva approached, his sharp eyes noticing a faint presence lingering around the man with a very bright light.

'Ah, so that's where she went,' Eulalius thought, a smile tugging at his lips. Lana, Luke's mother, had chosen to stay close to Nerva, watching over him and ensuring he took care of himself. It was a comforting sight. Eulalius could not believe it at that time, but Lana did not wish to move on yet. She wanted to stay longer with Nerva and keep an eye on him.

As Luke left the room to attend the meeting, Eulalius noticed a shy maid standing hesitantly behind him. She fidgeted slightly as if unsure whether to speak. "Umm..." she began, her voice timid, catching Eulalius's attention. "Thank you so much for allowing me to continue fulfilling my mistress's promise."

Eulalius recognized her—Yunma, the maid who had been given a second chance at life, but there was no way that she could reincarnate again as a human this life. He had known she would express her gratitude eventually. "Yunma, there's no need to thank me," he said gently, placing a hand on her head in a reassuring gesture. "Just keep doing what you're doing. We have a long way to go."

Yunma blushed, her eyes dropping to the floor as she nodded. She had always been a quiet, reserved girl, but Eulalius's kindness had helped her find her place. She continued to work diligently, grateful for the opportunity she had been given. Even though she was no longer human, she was going to work her hardest to take care of what Lana assigned her to do.

Mila was overwhelmed with emotions when she finally woke from her coma. Nearly everyone who visited her had something to say, offering advice or scolding her for the risks she had taken. As she recounted her journey, she explained how she had visited a place she described as "Heaven," a realm unlike anything she had ever known. She told them about her encounter with Grace, her mother, who had continued to guide and help her even after her death. Hearing this, Duke Reynard broke down in tears, deeply moved by the thought that Grace was still watching over them.

Mila also shared the news that she no longer had any mana. Without mana, she could no longer form contracts with beasts. The ones she had bonded with had all chosen to remain in the Zameth Kingdom, a place well suited for their needs. She explained that most of her beasts were gone, having sacrificed themselves so she could return, except for Kate, who had finally awakened from her dormant state and now resided with Hersilia. Mila's abilities had changed; while she could no longer wield mana, she retained her skill in physical combat and her ability to understand the language of beasts.
