66: nothing to do with me

Elaine's POV

It's a Friday and I just got back from work. All I want to do is sleep I'm so tired. I walk in the apartment and find Zara and Claudia in that moment I knew that I'd just kiss my sleep bye bye.

Zara: you're finally home

Elaine: hey

Claudia: hi how are you?

Elaine: I'm tired I just wanna sleep

Zara: huh uh no can do we're gonna helping you prepare for the date

Elaine: Zara but the date is tomorrow

Claudia: still I want to try different make up on you so I know which one exactly am I gonna do on you tomorrow

Zara: and I need to make sure your outfit is on point

Elaine: but guys I'm tired all I want is to take a long hot bath and get into my onesie

Claudia: no can do, come let me start on your face

Elaine: okay wait let me change into something more comfortable

Zara: okay hurry up

I go to my bedroom then change into sweaters and go back to them.

Elaine: I'm back

Claudia starts on my face and Zara is picking out outfits for me. After what felt like eternity we were done with the "date preparation". We put on face masks and watch TV.

Claudia: so where is this date?

Elaine: I don't know she said she'll fetch me

Zara: but do you like her?

Elaine: yeah...kinda

Claudia: why you asking?

Zara: cause she still have not answered my question

Claudia: which is?

Zara: I asked her if she still loves Billie

This shit was getting too hot for me so I stood up

Elaine: snacks?

They both drag me down

Zara: no no you're not getting out of this so fast

Claudia: Elaine, you still love Billie?

Elaine: Uhm...I...I

Claudia: gosh you do! you're even stuttering

Elaine: no I don't

Zara just squints her eyes at me and shakes her head.

Elaine: I'll make snacks

I get up and go make snacks then sit down.

Zara: why are you doing this to yourself?

Elaine: huh? what are you talking about?

Claudia: don't play dumb with us

Elaine: what?

Zara: why are you leading Alex on?

Elaine: I am?

Claudia: (sigh) Elaine come on

Elaine: gosh guys it's not like she'll want us to date or something we're just enjoying each others company

Zara: how sure are you about that?

Claudia: everyone can see that Alex likes you very much

Elaine: you're just reading too much into nothing

Zara: are we?

Claudia: tell me which sane person will get someone they don't like flowers everytime they meet?

Elaine: (silence)

Zara: we're just worried about you

Elaine: don't worry about me I'm fine

Zara: you're so stubborn

Elaine: (giggle) just eat the fucken snacks

Billie's POV

It's a Friday so I'm just chilling with Zoe and Drew catching up. I haven't really had time to hang out with them in a while as I'm always busy.

Zoe: so what you gonna do about it?

Billie: my hands are kinda tied so I'm not gonna do anything

Drew: so you can't release anything for now?

Billie: yep

Zoe: so what you been doing?

Drew: yeah we haven't seen you in a while

Billie: I've been writing and stuff

Then Fin walked in on the phone.

Fin: I don't know these make up things but I'll try....Uhm okay bye I love you too

Billie: (chuckle) Claudia asked you to get her make up again?

Fin: no she wants me to help her choose a look for Elaine

Drew: lemme see I'll help you

Finneas tosses his phone to Drew and Zoe scoots over to see.

Drew: Sheesh she looks beautiful

Zoe: right? wooh if I was gay I'd...

I punch her arm

Zoe: ouch...

Billie: lemme see

They pass the phone over to me and damn she looked hot. I stared at the phone.

Fin: stop drooling on my phone

I toss his phone back to him then  he walks out.

Zoe: still love her don't you?

I just ignore her

Drew: you can't run away from this

Billie: okay fine I do

Zoe: then why you're not with her?

Billie: cause she wants nothing to do with me

These nut heads just bust out in laughter

Billie: y'all are so fucked up

Zoe: you know what's funny?

Billie: wouldn't I be laughing if I knew?

Drew: you say she wants nothing to do with you but not so long ago you were kissing and she agreed to go with you to the cliff?

Billie: yeah...where is this going?

Zoe: (face palm) gosh Billie, Elaine still loves you too, you just have to figure a way to make her forgive you

Billie: you think?

Drew: dude would she have gone with you to the cliff if not? I mean that was kinda romantic and the fact that she blindly followed you even thou she didn't know where you were taking her, says a lot to me

Zoe: yeah we're right try to work this shit out because I hate seeing you like this you look gloomy

Billie: thank you (sticks tongue out)
