Elaine's POV

After dinner Billie and I took a walk in the neighborhood. We strolled in the neighborhood while holding hands.

Elaine: your neighborhood is beautiful especially during the festive season

Billie: yeah people here take Christmas very serious

Elaine: I can tell from all the decorations

Billie: what was Christmas like for you when growing up?

Elaine: well it was normal I guess, my mom and dad worked until late hours but they'd make sure that they spent at least a few hours with us, but those few hours were the best part about Christmas

Billie: you loved your dad didn't you?

Elaine: yeah he was my favourite person, he was my best friend. I'm sure he would've liked you

Billie: (smile)

Elaine: I'm telling you, you two would've really gotten along like house on fire

Billie: you think?

Elaine: I know and he played guitar

Billie: really?

Elaine: yeah he used to sing me and Isa lullabies

Billie: he sounds like he was a great man

Elaine: yeah he was the greatest, the only man I've ever loved

Billie stopped walking and face me, she removed hair from my face and kissed me.

Billie: I love you

Elaine: I love you too

Billie: (chuckle) when did you steal my beanie?

Elaine: (exaggerated gasp) steal? Me? I'd never steal from you, I just borrowed it

She pulled me closer to her

Billie: you say you'd never steal from me but you already stole my heart

I just blush and hug her tightly.

Elaine: let's go back I'm starting to freeze

Billie: let's go

We went back to the house and we found Maggie carrying Aidan.

Elaine: when did he wake up?

Maggie: not so long ago

He then started crying for me, I took him and went to breastfeed him while brushing his head. Billie came and sat across us.

Billie: are you okay mamas?

Elaine: (smile) yes I'm okay, he was just hungry he's going back to sleep

Billie: you look beautiful

Elaine: (blush) thank you

Billie is so random, she just showers me with compliments out of nowhere but I like it, it kinda gives me reassurance. Billie and I are so fluent in each other's love languages and I've come to understand that hers is touch related, that's why she's always touchy and stuff. I feed Aidan while she looks at us as if she's reading a love poem or something.

Elaine: why you looking at us like that?

Billie: because I want to

Elaine: (giggle)

After Omari was full I rub his back until he burps.

Elaine: can you please hold him for a sec I want to pump

Billie: sure

She takes him in her arms and stares at him with eyes full of adoration. I pump more milk while stealing glances at her

Elaine: is he asleep yet?

Billie: ssshhh almost

Elaine: okay

I pump and after I was done Aidan was already asleep. I take Aidan then lay him down and I sit down and stare at him. After a few moments Billie came back holding two hot chocolate cups.

Billie: hot chocolate?

Elaine: thank you

She sits down next to me

Billie: the others are outside making smores wanna come?

Elaine: no I'm fine here but you can go

Billie: I'll stay with you then

Elaine: I missed this room

Billie: yeah me too

Elaine: this is where I had my first kiss remember?

Billie: (chuckle) how could I forget?

Elaine: it was so magical

Billie: but you ran away

Elaine: (giggle) I was embarrassed

Billie: (chuckle) it wasn't that bad though

Elaine: I'm glad I found you

Billie: me too

She kissed me and got on top of me

Billie: let's have our own fun

Elaine: (giggle) here?

Billie: yeah why not?

Elaine: it's your parents house

Billie: but we also did it in your parent's house

Elaine: Omari is sleeping and I'm tired, we'll have fun tomorrow

Billie: promise?

Elaine: I promise

Billie: let's sleep

Elaine: aren't we going home?

Billie: no we're sleeping here

Elaine: but I don't have change of clothes

She went to her wardrobe and she gave me a t-shirt

Billie: here

I took it and went to freshen up then we slept with Aidan.
