Elaine's POV

Isa was still sitting next to me shocked as I am.

Elaine: let me go after her, be comfortable goodnight

Isa: okay good night

I walk back in the penthouse and look for Billie. I find her showering, I take off my bikini and get in the shower with her. When I get in I kiss her back and she turns around.

Elaine: baby Skylar can't go to the award show

Billie: what happened to communication?

I look down, she stops the running water then wrap a towel around herself and got out. I also wrap a towel around me and follow her out.

Elaine: baby talk to me

Billie: and say what?

Elaine: I don't know anything

Billie: Elaine you always take decisions about Skylar like she's only your daughter

Elaine: no I don't

Billie: yes you do you always do!

Elaine: Billie I'm trying to protect her!

Billie: from what? Who actually?

Elaine: I don't want what happened to me to happen to her!

Elaine: what do you mean this?

Billie: I'm tired of all this

Elaine: what exactly?

Billie: being treated like I'm not Skylar's mother just because you carried her doesn't make me less of her mom!

Elaine: what the fuck are you saying?

She just looks at me with a emotionless face and walks up to me. I was scared of what she'd do, Billie has never lifted a finger on me but for some reason I was scared. Nonetheless I wasn't gonna show her that I'm scared. When she gets to me she pins me against the wall and grab me by my neck. She was gentle enough not to choke me but powerful enough to make me look at her, she came closer to me and spoke in a low voice.
