Elaine's POV

Billie hasn't returned yet from where ever she is and it was now eight in the morning, I was worried sick about her. I was with Skylar and Isa in the kitchen and they were eating.

Skylar: mommie where's mom?

Elaine: she went out to get something

I then kept feedng her after she was done eating she went to watch cartoons.

Isa: what's going?

Elaine: nothing

Isa: Elaine come on you can talk to me

Elaine: (sigh) okay fine she's mad at me

Isa: but I thought I heard y'all doing y'know...

Elaine: yeah we did but still

Isa: that's bad

Elaine: she left yesterday and she hasn't come back yet I'm worried about her

Isa: what's going on?

Elaine: she says I'm overprotective of Skylar and I make all the decisions concerning her by myself

Isa: well....

Elaine: you can't be for real

Isa: Elaine look Billie has always done things your way about Skylar before she was even born, she didn't tell the media y'all were expecting even though she badly wanted to just to make you happy, Skylar doesn't do anything without your permission,she...

Elaine: okay I get it

Isa: all I'm saying is talk to her, Skylar is also her daughter

Elaine: you're right

Isa: let me go freshen up I have a meeting in an hour

Elaine: okay

She goes and I think about what she said, about how Billie always do things to make me happy. Now I felt so bad about everything. I went and sat next to Skylar and hugged her, she pushed me away.

Skylar: mommie I'm watching TV

Elaine: (giggle) but I want to hold you

Skylar: huh uh

We sit there and watch her cartoons, after a while Billie walked in. She came in and sat next to Skylar and kissed her.

Skylar: mom I wanna watch

Billie: don't you want mom?

Skylar: (shakes her head)

Billie: okay I'll go then

She got up from the sofa and went to the bedroom. I sit there for minute then follow her.

Elaine: baby

Billie: (silence)

Elaine: Billie please talk to me

Billie: (sigh) what do you want?

Elaine: my wife

Billie: (bitter chuckle)

Elaine: Billie please talk to me

Billie: about what?

Elaine: I want to apologize for trying to protect Skylar

Billie: wow really? Is that even an apology? You know what let me go sleep

Elaine: but I apologized

Billie: well your apology is not taken

Elaine: but....

Billie: move out my way I want to sleep

I look at her and don't move, she goes all the other way around and grab her PJs and walk out the door. I sit down in defeat and cry, I was so mad at myself for treating her the way that I did when she's been nothing but the best to me. Billie slept throughout the day and I stayed with Skylar. The tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. We prettuch spent the whole day in awkward silence until we went to slept and Billie decided to sleep on the floor in our room. I called out her naming so I could convince her to come sleep on the bed with me but she pretended to be asleep so I let her be

In the morning I wake up and go look for Billie and I find her sleeping with Skylar, I guess she woke up in the middle of the night. I go to the gym then come back to freshen up then start with breakfast. After I was done I go wake Billie up but I find her already up making her way to our bedroom.

Elaine: hi

Billie: mmhmm

Elaine: I made breakfast

Billie: (nod)

I went back to the kitchen and dished up for her, she then came back after a few minutes. She sat down and ate.

Elaine: Uhm Billie?

Billie: huh?

Elaine: I'm sorry I never meant to offend you, all I was trying to do was protect Skylar, I guess I might have been a little overprotective. It's just that after the accident I thought I'd loose her and I don't want to take chances with her life. You and Skylar are my everything and I never want to loose you ever. I'm sorry baby please forgive me?

She gets off the stool and come closer to me, when she got to me she wrapped her arms around my waist.

Billie: a little? I don't think so, I know that you love Skylar to the moon and back and want to protect her but you can't protect her from something you don't know. Babe Skylar is a kid these should be her best years, I'm hardly there hence why I want to make the most memories I can with her.

Elaine: I'll try to loosen up I promise

Billie: thank you

Elaine: I love you

Billie: me too and I missed you

She said that while pecking my lips

Elaine: I missed you too

We kissed then she put me on top of the counter then started kissing my neck.

Billie: you make me wanna do things to you

Elaine: (moan) do them

She then stands in between my legs and caress my thighs and I let out a moan

Isa: ughm

I push Billie off of me and she just smirks and pecks my lips then walk away.

Billie: Isa

Isa: hey

Then she vanished into the passage. I get off the counter and continue with making breakfast.

Isa: mmhmm all is good isn't it?

Elaine: (giggle) shut up

Isa: what? I'm just asking

Elaine: I'm making oatmeal want some?

Isa: nope I'll get me some meat

Elaine: (giggle) do you

She then ordered herself some food, yes me, Billie and Skylar are vegans. Just because we are vegans it doesn't meal we force that on people around us. Skylar has been vegan since she was born because we were vegan. As you may know I wasn't vegan at first but I got tired of cooking Billie and I two separate meals and I was always surrounded by vegans so I decided to try it out and it has been working out. I guess if you can't beat them join them
