Elaine's POV

We go inside and we find Stacey at the front desk.

Stacey: hey Skylar

Skylar: (wave)

Stacey: how are you?

Skylar: good

Stacey: morning ma'am

Elaine: morning Stacey how are you?

Stacey: I'm good yourself?

Elaine: I'm good, why are you here isn't it supposed to be your day off?

Stacey: I'm standing in for Rachel she isn't well

Elaine: oh okay, is Brian here already?

Stacey: yes he's waiting for you

Elaine: okay thank you

Skylar go through.

I head to Brian's office while carrying Skylar who just wanted to go home

Elaine: knock knock

Dr: come in

We get in and I take a seat and sit Skylar on my lap.

Elaine: morning

Dr: morning boss how are you?

Elaine: (giggle) wow really?

Brian was one of my staff and one of the best doctors in the building. We had a very healthy relationship so we mock each other every now and then.

Dr: how's my little patient

Elaine: she still experiences pain in her arm but I think she's doing good

Dr: (chuckle) yes doctor do my job

Elaine: okay I'll shut up

He takes Skylar to the x-ray and examine her, after he was done he shows me the report.

Dr: there's progress but she hasn't fully healed yet but give her a month then she'll be good as new

Elaine: thank you

He then turns to Skylar

Dr: you're very arty aren't you? Who drew here?

He asking pointing at the drawings in the cast

Skylar: mom, mommie and me

Dr: mommie? Show me where she drew

Skylar: here

She shows him the butterflies

Dr: mommie can draw?

Skylar: (nods) mmmhmmm

He looks at me and laughs

Dr: seems like there's a lot I don't know about you

Elaine: just like you should (giggle)

Dr: you're pretty good at it

Elaine: thank you

Dr: why didn't you become an artist or something?

Elaine: the reason I got married to one is to fulfill my fantasies through her (giggle) I'm joking I just never took it seriously y'know

Dr: (chuckle) yeah right
