111: two mommies

Billie's POV

Today Elaine and I were both not busy, whenever we're not busy we try to spend time together. So today we were going for a picnic, Skylar is home schooled so we could take her with.

Billie: hurry up we have to go

Elaine: we're coming I'm still tying Skylar's hair

Billie: okay

Elaine is a perfectionist especially when it comes to Skylar, she adores that girl with her whole heart. I lean in the bathroom door and watch her tie Skylar's hair.

Skylar: I want to put on make up too

Elaine: no Skylar you're too young for make up and we don't wanna trigger your eczema

Skylar: but you put it on

Elaine: you don't need make up you're the world's most beautiful girl.

Skylar: aren't you?

Elaine: no I'm not but you are

Billie: mommie is lying she's also very beautiful isn't she?

Skylar: yes she is

Billie: okay come now let's go

Skylar: yay

Elaine: let's go I'm done

I carry Skylar and when we get in the car I put her in the baby seat. Then I start driving.

Skylar: mommie

Elaine: yes baby

Skylar: why are people always taking pictures of us?

Elaine: don't you want people to take pictures of you?

Skylar: no

Elaine: (giggle) like I told you you're the prettiest girl in the world so they want to see you

Billie: (chuckle) you don't like pictures?

Skylar: no

Billie: but you look good in them

Elaine's POV

We kept going while Billie and Skylar were singing nursery rhymes.

Skylar: mommie why aren't you singing?

Elaine: I don't know the words

Skylar: okay I'll teach you

Elaine: okay

Skylar: the wheels of the bus go round and round....

Just like that I was forced to sing with them. When we got to the park we set up the picnic then Skylar went to play with some children.

Billie: how has it been going with that special patient of yours?

Elaine: I'm still trying to get to the bottom of his condition and I've been hitting dead ends.

Billie: don't stress yourself too much you're gonna get it

Elaine: (smile) so how have things been in the studio?

Billie: it's been going good I'm gonna release that song in the upcoming month

Elaine: really?

Billie: yep

Elaine: I'm so proud of you

She places a kiss on my lips and we kiss then Skylar comes back crying.

Elaine: baby what's wrong? are you hurt?

She nods and shows me her finger, which was bleeding.

Elaine: I'm sorry baby come let me put on some band aid.

She comes and I clean the scratch and put on some band aid.

Elaine: I'm sorry okay?

Skylar: (nods)

Billie: come here

She goes to Billie and Billie throws her in the air and she giggles. She then hugs her and sit her down.

Skylar: mom let's play horsie

They play horsie and I take videos, I wasn't gonna let such memories go to waste. We then eat after eating Skylar's face was covered in dessert.

Elaine: come here let me wipe the dessert off your face

She comes to me running and hugs me, I give her little kisses all over her tummy and she laughs like crazy, then I wipe her.

Skylar: mommie why do I have two moms?

I look at Billie who looked just as shocked as I was at Skylar's question. Skylar is very smart and she gets smarter everyday, but the smarter she get the more she asks shocking questions.

Elaine: don't you love having two moms?

Skylar: (nods) I do

Billie: you have two mothers because I love your mom and she loves me

Skylar: I don't have a dad?

Elaine: no sweetie but you have two moms that means two times more of everything

Skylar: (giggle)

She then leaves and go to play with other children.

Elaine: your daughter

Billie: (laugh) Skylar is too smart for her age

Elaine: definitely

We go on with the picnic then after sometime we go home. When we get home I make food for my foodies. Then we go bathe Skylar as Hannah had a day off

Skylar: mom

Billie: princessa?

Skylar: why don't you and mommie have another baby? I want a little brother

Billie: ask your mommie I also want one

I give Billie the death stare, she just threw me under the bus.

Elaine: I want you to grow up first then when you're old enough I'll have another baby so you can help me take care of him

Skylar: but I'm grown

Elaine: can you bath yourself?

Skylar: (shakes head)

Elaine: see when you turn five I'll have another baby I promise

Skylar: pinky promise?

Elaine: pinky promise

After we bath Skylar we tuck her in bed.

Billie: so we're having another baby?

Elaine: huh uh the pain I went through when I was delivering Skylar no thanks

Billie: so you lied to her?

Elaine: well...

Billie: you can't break a pinky promise

Elaine: is it you or Skylar talking?

Billie: both

Elaine: (giggle) we'll see

I then peck Billie's lips
