"Wasn't your mother against you drag racing?" I'd recognize the upsetting tone of Ging anywhere. It haunts me almost to the point I'd prefer the wolf demon over him.

"Don't you have a child that you should be raising?" I snark back turning to face the older Freecs. "What are you doing in Tokyo?" I ask shoving my hands into the pockets of my bomber jacket leaning against the car. Hisoka and I ended up stopping in the city for a late-night snack before heading to the races. Didn't think I'd run into him of all people here.

"Don't think that's any of your business, and besides. He is my son after all I don't need to worry about a thing," I don't know whether to admire his confidence in Gon or if to smack him behind his head with a large steel rod. "I heard what happened to Leon, sorry I couldn't pay a visit sooner," He admits sympathetically. "Kite's in the city for 2 more days if you wanna say hi. After all, he was your only other friend besides Illumi," Gee. Thanks, asshole.

"And why is Kite in the city?" I ask rubbing the inner corners of my eyes.

"He's currently living in the body of a pre-teen girl so obviously he's looking for a way to get out of it," I wanna burst out in hysterical laughter but I would get smacked for it. "You two finally a thing?" He shifts the conversation to Hisoka and me. I'm not even gonna ask what he means by finally. Ging has a way of knowing things before they happen but doesn't tell people.

"What about it?" I huff

"How do you deal with her?" He turns to Hisoka pointing in my direction. In an attempt to lurch forward and attack the son of a bitch, Hisoka catches me mid-air holding me over his shoulder. "Why is violence always the answer to you?"

"Why is being a dick always the answer to you?" I yell at him. He just stares at me with an unbothered look.

"You call it being a dick, I call it being above the others in human intellect and skill," He casually explains.

"I'm going to murder you," I chime.

"Again, why is it always violence with you?"

"Because it's therapeutic," I yell giving up my fight. Hisoka has bungee gum all around me. I'm not getting free unless he wants to set me free. He turns around to face Ging leaving me to stare at my reflection on the side of the car.

"If you must know, I tend to know when to shut her up and exactly how to do so without getting stabbed. It isn't as bad dealing with her as you might think," Hisoka smiles at Ging widely.

"You bitch," I scoff

"Anyway, I should get going. Try not to run anyone off the road (Y/n),"

"I take major offense to that just so you know," He chuckles lowly.

"See you two around," He turns around to walk away.

"Wait," I call out to him causing him to turn back to us. "You came to the mountain recently, didn't you? You visit mom's grave and leave pink lilies," I kept my word and have been visiting them at least once a month, each time I would go I would see fresh lilies on her tombstone knowing fully well no one else on the mountain did it.

"Maybe I do, is that a problem?"

"No, just didn't think you to be the soft type," I smirk.

"She was another sister to me just so you know. Mito, your mother and I were inseparable," The walking personification of a dick has a heart. How touching.

"Ging Freecs I do believe your emotions are leaking from that stone you call a heart," I tease. He just rolls his eyes at my comment before turning around to disappear into the night without a trace disregarding me completely.
