"You lied to me?" I whine looking back at Kenma. "I felt guilty about you driving a dangerous car to get us food when all along you were lying to me!" My frown deepens.

"I'm sorry, it was their idea," He points over to Kuroo and the others. "I didn't want to but they didn't get everything when they were supposed to," He semi scolds them. Getting up, we join them in the kitchen.

"And what exactly is everything?" I ask crossing my arms over my chest tilting my head to the side a bit. I'll be damned if I let their height be the reason they intimidate me even slightly. Because I'll knock them all of their asses in the blink of an eye.

They part to the sides giving me a clear path to walk to the island where 2 deep purple boxes sit tied with black ribbons. Eyeing them suspiciously, they gesture me to go to it. Carefully reaching the island, I cautiously pick up the box on top awaiting the worst. I pull at the black ribbon watching as it falls onto the counter, the box seemingly not about to blow up on me.

"We didn't rig the boxes. They're birthday gifts from us," Yama laughs.

"You didn't have to get me anything," I answer looking up at all of them.

"We wanted to, and Hisoka helped," Bokuto adds. Turning around to face the clown, he just smiles at me, his arms crossed over his chest, his legs crossed over each other while he leans back against the breakfast bar casually.

Opening the top box, behind the black tissue paper, is a red article of clothing. Taking it out of the box, upon further inspection, it's a red bomber jacket, the same as theirs.

"We thought it was time you had one of your own. After all, it does become a bit difficult to spot you in a crowd when you blend in with the night. This way it'll be easier to spot you even if you're half the height of us" Tsukki comments.

"I will drop-kick your ass salty, watch it," I warn jokingly earning laughs from everyone else.

"You can open the other one when you go upstairs. Firstly, we need a plan for tonight," Kuroo mentions.

"Shoot, I still need a dress for later,"  I mumble under my breath.

"Your dress is part of the gift," Hisoka adds.

"Alright then. With that settled guess it's time we devise a plan," They all straighten up awaiting my say.

"How many of us are going and how many of us are back up?" I ask looking at Kuroo.

"The main racers would be at the dinner and the rest would be on backup," He explains. The main racers are him, Kenma, Akaashi, Bokuto, Kageyama, and Lev, but since Lev is busy with mafia stuff, Tsukki will take his place.

"Great, then Tendou, I want you in the building next door on standby with a sniper aimed at the top floor. Take someone with you. Yama and Hinata, you two are gonna be our eyes from above. You two are gonna be inside the venue but hidden, clear?" They nod understanding their roles. "The rest of us would arm up and play along. Since I can't use my abilities, babe, you're not allowed to leave my side understood? You're the only one besides Illumi who can keep an eye on my blind spots," He nods, probably cursing at me for stating the obvious.

"More than likely he's gonna wanna pull me aside for a private talk. Tendou that's where you being on the building next to us comes in handy. Keep an eye on him and shoot if and when necessary. As backup, have your best guys in the area on standby in case things go south, but avoid as many civilian casualties as possible," Walking away from the island, I open one of the duffel bags Kenma brought. Taking out a small pistol, I hold it up towards the door checking for the feel of it. I also have a few kunai to strap to my thigh so I should be fine.
