"Where did you guys go?" Kenma asks. I used my card to get rid of the marks and pain. Though I will say, I would like to keep those marks on me longer and just walk around with them. To my dismay, Cryptic is still hanging around. It's irritating to say the least.

Handing Athena a box of sweets I bought for her, I plop back onto the hood of the car letting my feet dangle off the edge.

"We took a stroll down the road aimlessly walking," Hisoka chirps beside me opening the box of mochi and macaroons. Of course, not like you weren't just trying to take away my walking ability for a month or anything. I will say, his acting skills are immaculate. If I didn't know any better, I'd say he was innocent n sweet. Good thing I do know better.

Cryptic shares a bit about his business and status in the public eye with us, a few details about his family as well. The guy seems to like us. Too bad the feeling isn't mutual. As the night comes to an end, we all head back to the house and retire to bed.

The guys have been more than willing to help us out during the mission to which I'm not even going to try and deny them. They're stubborn and will help regardless of what I say. They are good company as well, so I don't mind it honestly. It's a nice change of pace considering the hell hole I've been in.

As it stands, sleep isn't in my schedule. I've been lying on my side watching the sun slowly rise through the balcony glass door, watching as it slowly creeps up into the sky waking all the animals around.

Can't say Hisoka shares my dilemma though. He's been sound asleep since the moment he hit the bed. That being said, he hasn't let go of me since. His arm's snug around my waist, his head snuggled into my neck. Subconsciously, however, my fingers have been raking against the back of his hand and up his forearm gently for a while. The moment I stop, he stirs.

"Why'd you stop? It felt nice," He mutters in his ever so lovely morning voice.

"Sorry for waking you," I mumble softly.

"Oh, who said I went to sleep? I couldn't leave you alone awake now could I?" He chuckles softly. God how I love when he talks in his sultry morning voice. Rolling over to face him, his hand that was around my waist snakes under my big t-shirt and lies against my back, his thumb brushing up and down against my lower back, his other arm under his head.

Placing both my hands under the side of my face, I gaze up at the clown who's already staring down at me with a soft look in his eyes.

"You're sleepy, " I coo

"I'll be fine," He smiles warmly

"Hey, that's my line," I chuckle. He pulls me closer to him, resting his chin on my head.

"It'll all be over soon, and then we'll sleep for as long as we want, or however long the twins will let us. We'll just have to see which comes first," He chuckles.

"They're growing on you aren't they Mr. Tough guy," I chuckle reaching up to brush away a few strands of hair from his face.

"Maybe a little," He admits. "Would you like me to make breakfast?" He grins.

"Please,"

He gets out of bed and heads to the shower. As we came home we went straight to bed since we were both tired. He must be sleepy as hell. If we're not busy tonight, I think I'd like to do something for him.

A pair of high waist shorts and a loose crop top later, we head down to the kitchen where it seems everyone's already up. They're all gathered around Bokuto laughing at something on his phone.

"What are you dorks laughing at this early in the morning?" The sound of my voice seems to spook them as the phone falls out of Bokuto's hand, him retrieving it immediately.
