From here on in my loves, I will not be responding to comments about things like who dies or who betrays this or that one or what may happen or may not happen, etc. As dangerous as it may be, I am allowing ur minds to spiral with ideas as we go along. Also, I apologize for the late updates. I just haven't been in a writing mood these past few days, things have been a bit tough with my courses and home so yeah I'll leave it at that. Again I truly am sorry for the late updates.

Athena's POV
"Chin up, fists tight and for the love of your low patience having mother fix your stance correctly or else you're gonna sprain an ankle!" My mother instructs, her patience on a wire thinner than her threads.
"I don't see why I have to train. We have guards, we have armies, we have you! Why would I need to fight?!" I argue plopping down onto the soft lush grass beneath me. The backyard of the palace is the best training area, so says my mother who can often be found here taking out her anger on training dummies.
The few tiny but cautious fauna steer clear of harm but add a beautiful touch to the surrounding barren but beautiful area. The waterfall off in the distance falls into the lake where we cool down after training.
She stops for a moment, her usual demeanor lost along with her deep in thought. She snaps out of it and returns to herself.
"Pretty walls, beautiful landscape, and luxury beyond imagination doesn't always guarantee your safety. Learning to protect yourself through anything is the best thing you could ever do for yourself," She sighs staring off into the distance with a lost sense of self.
"Mom?" I call her. She shakes out whatever thoughts were clouding her head returning to our session.
"Alright, let's do this again," She gets into stance in front of me, nodding to let me know to start.
My mother is not only the head of defense for our kingdom, she is her own army, there's almost no one besides maybe uncle Illu that can beat her at hand-to-hand combat. Neighboring kingdoms fear us because of her and often try to take her out, each of them failing every time, while also receiving the backlash of it, more times than imaginable its a box of their failed assassins heads mailed back to kingdoms where they came from.
We do have actual armies, however, my mother insists that they simply get in her way and oftentimes go rouge on her own without anyone but uncle Illu knowing. She'll sometimes go with uncle Killua and aunt Alluka if they're in town.
They both are often traveling around kingdoms doing their own things with uncles Gon, Leorio, and Kurapika so I hardly ever see them unless they stop by, contrary to when I was younger and they would pass by at least once a week. Nowadays, I'm lucky to even see them once a month.
"Never take your attention off of your opponent darling, you'll get hurt," My mother slyly smirks from behind me holding a kunai to my throat.
Thank the gods medics here are excellent at their jobs. I'm gonna need a few after this.

Your POV
"Athena," Her head whips over in my direction. "You're up," Her eyes widen as the expectedness of my words seems to shock everyone around us, Hisoka included.
"Me?" She asks shifting her head from side to side.
"I don't think anyone else here is named Athena," I giggle. "Cmon, I won't be too hard on ya," If I know myself, I would have been training her since young, her skills should almost be on par with mine and Illu's. She sheepishly makes her way towards me, panic evident in her eyes.
