I woke up in my bed in the morning with a warm blanket wrapped tight around me ,along with an equally warm pillow. Wait. Why is the pillow moving. I opened my eyes to see a wolf with a red collar dozing. I sat up still bleary and unused to sleeping that well. I hurried up the ladder when I realised that I had slept the whole day away, only to run into Phil when I reached the top. "I was coming to see if you were awake yet from your hibernation session down there.", Phil cackled. I tried to hide my burning face as Phil continued taunting me. I grabbed a iron pick that was leaning against the wall ,and hurriedly walked out the door to go mine some iron. "Aww come on mate you kno-", I shut the door on him as I hurriedly went to find a cave. I wanted something to distract me from how much my life has changed. Around twenty minutes later I found a promising cave. Crap. I forgot to grab some torches. I shook my head ,getting rid of the thought of going back to get some. One of my abilities of being a dragon hybrid is that I can see better then the average person in the dark. So, with determination I entered the cave ready to get away from Phils teasing.
