Niki came by again the next day to teach me the basics of cooking. It was around midday when we were done. I helped her and watched as she made an assortment of food. I helped her wash the dishes when we were done. We still had food leftover after all of us ate. Niki suggested that she and I head out and hand out food. I nodded in agreement as I helped her pack the food into two baskets. We went separate ways when we got outside the house. I took off towards Erets castle excited to see him, and show him how I can slightly move my wings. As I walked I thought back to Phil teaching me how to handle my wings. Under the watchful eye of Phil, I had slowly been training up my wings so that I could have the bandages taken off. I was eventually able to hold my wings correctly without something supporting them, and sagging. Phil and I continued the therapy-like training, so now I could slightly move them. I was brought back to the present when I realized I was finally at his castle. I jogged up the steps tail swaying happily in the wind. I opened the giant door to see Eret sitting on the throne chatting with Puffy. He rushed down to greet me when he saw me standing by the door. "Eclipse, your wings!", he said cheerfully pulling me into a warm embrace which I returned. When he let go he realized I was holding a basket. " What's in the basket? It smells good.", he asked peering curiously at the basket. I opened it to show the variety of foods. "Is that Nikis cooking.", he laughed knowing the answer. I nodded remembering that Phil told me that Niki was probably the best cook ever.
