Chapter Nineteen

Y/N's POV

"Ow that really hurt," Rosie said mostly to herself, "uh I can leave so you can have privacy." She said regaining her composure. I looked at her and internally smirked because I didn't know I had this much of an effect on her.

"Nah, you can just stay in here, I'll be done in a few anyway." I responded, still trying to get the Diet Coke out the best I could. She looked around to find somewhere to wait, but there were obviously no seats in the bathroom. I saw a shimmer in her eyes and she made her way over to the counter and hoisted herself up. She was a few feet to my left but she still felt really close.

"So do you want to stay and watch the rest?" She glanced down at her phone, "Well intermission ended 10 minutes ago so I don't know where they are in the play right now."

"No I would just rather take you home and then go back to my house to get clean and rest. I've had enough emotions today and I am emotionally drained." I said as I walked over to the automatic air dryer to dry my shirt.

"I understand, we can start to head back when you're done."

I got my shirt dried the best I could and put it on. It still felt damp, but when we walk it should dry up. I looked back to Rosie to find her already looking at me, causing her to look down at the ground with a shy grin. I walked over and held out my hand to her which she gladly accepted, and we soon made our way out. We saw Jungkook being scolded by his manager and he noticed us walking by, so he of course had to kill me in his mind. I felt Rosie's hand tightening and it kind of started to hurt since she was crushing my hand. So I lightly tapped the back of her hand with my thumb and she quickly realized what she was doing and apologized.

When we finally made it back to her house, she opened her front door and offered me a jacket to wear on my way home, but I declined. She was leaning against the door frame and continued,

"So I guess I'll see you on Monday then? I'll make sure to re study everything so I can at least pass the exam." She said lightly.

"Rosie, you will do just fine on the exam. You said it yourself, you learned from the best." I said confidently. She rolled her eyes in response,

"Now I didn't think you'd let that get to your head. I take it back."

"Nope, no take backs!"

"Whatever. Anyway, see ya later y/n," she said giving me a quick hug. I hugged back and told her the same. I started to walk off of her porch when I realized I still haven't heard the front door close and I turned around just to be met with a pair of lips.

On my cheek.

I smiled like an idiot and made my way back home.

I opened the door to my house and sighed out in relief because no one was home. I dashed up the stairs to my room and grabbed a change of clothes and went to the bathroom to take a quick shower before heading over to Jennie's.

I was whistling on my way over and when I saw her house in my sights, I started to get nervous because they would ask nonstop questions. Lets do this shit. I was walking up her driveway when the front door flew wide open and the yelling of 3 of my best friends was heard. I broke out into a huge grin and welcomed them with open arms. That ended up being a bad idea as I was being crushed on cement.

"Get the fuck off me!" I yelled at them, but I was laughing too.

"NEVER!" Lisa shouted.

After a couple of minutes they finally let me get up and I was immediately dragged up into Jennie's room. I was thrown onto her desk chair and they all sat on her bed. I looked at them cautiously, but knew I wouldn't leave anytime soon.

"So, um, where should I sta-"

"LAST NIGTH!" They all yelled in unison.

"Ok ok, I will chill out." I said giggling at their excitement.

I told them everything they already knew up until I stopped texting them this morning. They were laughing their asses off a majority of the time and awed when I told them about kissing her on the cheek.

"You're such a little hopeless romantic aren't you?" Jisoo said.

"Yeah I agree, you definitely are y/n/n." Jennie said while nodding her head.

"So what happened at Ralph's?" Lisa asked eagerly, bouncing up and down.

"Well we walked hand in hand to Ralph's and when we were waiting for food, we just talked to learn more about each other. She enjoyed the french toast a lot and decided that they put drugs in it", I laughed at the recent memory, "Then I asked her if she wanted to go to the Matinee with me afterwards."

"That's ADORABLE OH MY GOD!!!" Jennie squealed.

"Continuing on, she said yes and I was super pumped because it was like a date. Well Ralph's was kinda too, but this felt like it was going to be more of a proper date. We made our way to the venue and when I bought my tickets, guess who gave me my tickets?"

"Um Rachel!" Jisoo answered,

"No, any other guesses?"

"No just fucking tell us!" Lisa yelled at me, getting impatient.

"Jesus ok, it was Jungkook. He apparently works there and he gave me our tickets," I heard the collective gasp and continued, "he obviously cursed me out and said I stole Rosie from him, fucking dick. But we made our way to open seats and watched Romeo and Juliet peacefully. Then intermission came and Rosie got up to get a drink. After some time, I heard footsteps approaching and was about to turn around to see if it was Rosie, but I got a whole large Diet Coke dumped on my head instead."

"HOLY SHIT WHAT?!" Jennie said in complete shock.

"GOD DAMN, WAS IT JUNGKOOK?" Jisoo spoke up. I nodded and they all got pissed. I told them to calm down and not do anything. They all scoffed but urged me to continue.

"After that happened, I stormed off to find the bathroom and saw Rosie staring at me confused. I just walked passed her to clean myself up. Then I did and we just decided to leave. I brought her home and I took a shower and here I am now." I said finishing the story.

"Huh, what a day." Lisa said.

"I thought you took a shower because you guys fucked." Jisoo said casually.

"Jisoo, what the fuck?" I said yelling at her, "Why in the world would I fuck Rosie right now?"

"Ahh, so you will fuck her in the future, got it." Jisoo smirked at me. A violent blush appeared on my cheeks and they all made fun of me.

"I really like her though. Like, I want to take her on dates and do stupid things together. Hell, even studying with her was fun. And that says something because trying to teach you guys anything is literally hell. But, I just don't want to go fast and fuck everything up. I haven't even known her a whole week yet." I said frustratedly, putting my head in my hands. I heard the bed creek and felt 3 pairs of arms wrap me up.

"We know that you guys have barely known each other, but you guys literally make heart eyes at each other non stop. It's kind of disgusting." Jennie said with an airy laugh, "I think you can wait a little, like a week, and then confess to her."

"I agree with Jennie." Lisa said. Of course she would agree with her.
