Y/N's POV

After getting Rosie a gift from the mall and getting a bag to put it in, I started to drive over to her house. It was only a 20 minute drive, but I was constantly talking to myself trying to figure out the best wording for my apology to her. I pulled onto her street and started to get extremely nervous because what if I fuck up my apology and ruin everything we had? I frustratedly groaned out and slammed my head against the steering wheel. I then parked my car just on the curb outside of her house and took a deep breath.

"You're fine, everything is going to be just fine." I said to myself, trying to ease my nerves.

I climbed out of my car and then opened the passenger's door to grab her gift and made my way up her driveway to the front porch. Once I made it, I rang the door bell and waited anxiously for someone to open the door. I heard footsteps and the door opened, revealing someone I have never seen before,

"Uh, hello. Is Roseanne home?" I asked the stranger. She looked me up and down, her eyes widened for a split second before returning to normal.

"That she is, why do you need to see her?" She asked quirking an eyebrow up while leaning against the door.

"Well I just needed to apologize for something stupid I did and wanted to give her a gift too." I said shifting my weight under the gaze of the unknown girl.

"And what stupid thing did you do?"

"Alice, who's at the door?" I heard a familiar voice call out from behind her. My eyes widened in realization.

"Oh my god, you're Alice? Her older sister?" I said shocked. She nodded her head and smiled,

"That I am. And I'm just going to take a wild guess here and say that you must be y/n." She said as we continued to hear footsteps approaching us.

"Ally, I asked you who was at the do–" Rosie's voice trailed off as she met my eyes. Her facial expression definitely showed signs of shock. She glanced between Alice and I and she got scared,

"Ally, did you say something to scare her off? I swear if you did," she said pulling Alice out of the way. She just laughed and said she was going to be in the living room. But before she left she spoke up,

"By the way, lovely to meet you y/n." She winked and was out of sight. I turned my attention back to Rosie,

"Sorry about her and anything she said to you." She said sincerely. I shook my head and smiled,

"She didn't say anything bad. She was just interrogating me a little."

"Oh god, of course she was," she said as she rub her forehead in frustration, "Um I'm guess you wanted to see me or something, so come in." Rosie said moving to the side to let me in. I thanked her and we made our way up to her room where she closed the door behind us.

"So, what do ya have in the bag?" She asked tilting her head curiously.

"Well," I shifted on her bed, "it's kind of a 'I'm sorry' gift." She had a puzzled look, but I continued, "I wanted to apologize to you, for making you jealous with Sana." Her face darkened at the mention of her name, "I didn't realize that she was even remotely flirting with me because you were the only thing on my mind." I felt my face heat up a little. "I was looking forward to walking you home that I just didn't care what Sana was doing, and I realized that I hurt you because of that," I handed the bag to her, "so here's a little gift in addition to my apology. I hope you can forgive me."

I finally looked into her eyes and saw them looking adoringly at me. She gently took the bag and stared into my eyes before opening it,

"You know you didn't have to get me anything, right? I was wrong for feeling jealous and I was actually going to apologize to you tomorrow. I just wanted to see how much you cared about me, and I've concluded it's a lot." I laughed at that and rolled my eyes, but urged her to open it.
