Rosie's POV

Today marks the greatest moment in my life by far. I am now y/n's girlfriend and she's my girlfriend. We are together now, oh my god oh my GOD! Okay, calm the fuck down, cant go scaring her off already.

After we pulled away from our first proper kiss as a couple, we both looked into each other's eyes and just admired the other person. I traced her face with my fingertips and she laughed underneath me. I laughed along with her since I was over the moon with happiness. I rested my forehead against hers,

"So, you're my girlfriend now?" I whispered, still processing everything that has happened.

"That I am. And you are my girlfriend." Y/n said dreamily. I could tell she was also on cloud nine, just soaking in the moment.

"Well, what do you want to do today, my girlfriend?" She asked me, rubbing her hands up and down my back.

"Well, my girlfriend, I would like nothing more than to just spend time with you today." I honestly said to her. I just wanted to be near her today since I could.

"I think we arrange that. How about we go Ralph's and have breakfast and then figure out what to do after that." Y/n told me, starting to get up. I followed her lead and we were walking down the path back to her car, hand in hand. We listened to music and sung the whole way, belting out every note. I was singing my heart out when after a few minutes, I realized y/n wasn't singing anymore. I thought something was wrong so I also stopped singing,

"Hey, is everything okay?" I asked her, putting my hand on her thigh. She turned her head to me with a frown,

"Why did you stop singing?"

"Well, I noticed you weren't singing, so I thought something was wrong." I said looking worriedly into her eyes. She just gave me a smile and chuckled to herself, making me more confused about the situation.

"I wasn't singing anymore because I wanted to just hear you sing. You harmonize very well with the radio and it's really amazing. You're so talented Rosie." She said looking straight ahead as she was driving. I felt my face heat up at her words,

"Thank you y/n, that means a lot." I said as I turned my head to look out my window so she couldn't see how red my face had become.

"No problem, love." Love. She had just called me love. My eyes went wide as I whipped my head back to her where she now had a blush across her face. I sat there soaking up the pet name she used for me and decided I wanted her to keep using it,

"Keep calling me love." I said softly.

"That's no problem. I've always thought it was the best name for a significant other."

"And what should I call you?" I asked her. She thought for a moment before shrugging her shoulders,

"I don't have a preference for what other people call me. So you can call me whatever you want." She said as we pulled into the parking lot of Ralph's. She hopped out to open my door and we walked inside the door. We sat at our normal booth and she ordered the pancake stack with bacon and I ordered the scrambled eggs with sausage and toast.

"So, what do you think you wanna do the rest of the day?" Y/n said while drinking her orange juice. I thought for a moment before speaking up,

"How about we just go over to your house and watch some Netflix? I don't want to go out, so can we just stay inside today?" She seemed to like the idea after pondering a little and nodded her head.

"We can do that. I'm not sure what to watch, but we have all day to binge either a tv show of a bunch of movies." Halfway through her speaking, I broke eye contact with her, leaving her confused. "Uh Rosie, what are you looking at?" She said turning her body. She must've seen what I saw and turned back with a smirk.
