Y/N's POV
I really didn't think having my girlfriend become a singer would affect me in anyway. But here I am with almost 200k followers on Instagram, just because I'm her girlfriend. I wouldn't want it any other way though. She's been getting more interviews and her career has been going great. Her album hit #1 that night on iTunes after the release and it peaked at #3 on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart.
I'm finishing up my final week of freshman year of college and it's getting a little hectic to say the least. I've been sitting on my bed going through flash cards for the past hour while Lisa has been editing her final portfolio for her photography class. I heard Lisa sigh out for the millionth time this hour.
"What is up with you and sighing?" I asked her as I put my cards on my bed and turned to face her. She looked overtop of her laptop to me,
"I just can't figure out why this picture doesn't really match with the other ones that I took. It doesn't look good and I've been editing it on photoshop for the past hour." I got up and walked over to her, motioning her to hand over her laptop. She did and I sat down on her bed and study the photo along with the other ones. I looked over them for a few minutes before picking it out,
"Your other photos are using the Golden Ration, or the Fibonacci Spiral. I don't know if you realized you were doing it based on how you didn't know what was wrong. So you need to just crop the picture," I dragged around the framing of the picture, "like this. Now you have a uniformed set of photos." She looked at the screen wide eyed and then at all the photos.
"Why the hell aren't you going to become a photographer?" She asked me.
"I just don't see myself doing it as a full time job. Maybe I'll pick it up as a side thing since I'm obviously good at it." I smirked at her as I made my way back over to my bed.
As soon as I picked up my cards, a knock on the door was heard. I groaned out in annoyance as it was probably Winter asking us for more toilet paper because her and her roommate are too lazy to go out and buy some. I don't understand, we are all now 18 and older, so we are technically adults. I think they just hate going out in public, which I honestly understand.
I walked over to the door and opened it,
"You know the drill, $3 per roll– oh." As I was about to finish my sentence, my eyes didn't find the annoying light brown eyes of Winter, but the dark brown eyes I've loved for the past 2 years,
"Rosie? What are you doing here?" She smiled brightly at me and just walked past me into our room. I closed the door behind me and she just sat down on my bed.
"Can't your girlfriend visit you?" She said playfully.
"Of course you can visit. I just thought you weren't coming this week because you were busy." I told her as I made my way next to her.
"Manoban, whatcha doing?" Lisa looked up from her screen,
"I'm submitting my final portfolio thanks to y/n and her genius brain." I rolled my eyes and Rosie looked over at me,
"And what did you do to help her?"
"Just told her how to make a photo fit in with the rest. Quite easy actually." Lisa flipped me off and I just laughed as I turned my attention back to Rosie, "So are you staying here for the night?" The time was already 6pm and I knew she wouldn't stay only a couple of hours if she drove this whole way. I mean she's also 18, so she doesn't have a curfew anymore.
"I am staying for the rest of the week and I'm going to help you guys move out of the dorm!" She squealed happily. I was over the moon and hugged her tightly,
