Y/N's POV
For Rosie's world tour, we have finally landed in Melbourne, Australia. The place where she grew up. The place that made her, her. I could barely keep myself still during the flight over here from Tokyo, Japan. It was a very long 10.5 hours in the air. Rosie slept for the entire flight which I was very thankful for because she did an amazing performance last night in front of 50,000 in the Tokyo Dome.
Rosie and I left as soon as we could because we wanted some time to explore around before the show here. It's happening in 4 days, so we have a decent amount of time to ourselves.
The two of us are currently walking through the airport and I'm dying to see the giant windows that will allow me to see the city where my fiancée grew up. I was swinging our hands back and forth and practically dragging Rosie behind me as my excitement was getting the best of me.
As I rounded the corner, the mass amount of the evening sunlight hit me straight on. I stared in awe out the giant windows, seeing palm trees blow in the breeze and people smiling in the beautiful weather here. It is December, but since Australia is in the souther hemisphere, it's technically summer here instead of winter.
"Wow," I whispered as I just stood there and took everything in.
"So," Rosie spoke from beside me, "what do you think?"
"I think it definitely fits you because a beautiful city created a beautiful woman." I said cheekily. Rosie just slapped my shoulder and I glanced over at her, seeing a small blush on her cheeks. I leaned over and kissed her cheek before we had to leave to find our driver.
We stepped outside of the airport and saw a man in is 50's with a sign that read 'Miss Rosé'. We happily walked over to him and he smiled at us,
"G'day! I'll be your driver for your time here! Let me take your things and I'll get going to the hotel." I helped the man out with our small luggage and climbed in the backseat with Rosie. We held hands the whole way to the hotel. I basically had my face pressed against the window of the car because I was taking in every detail I could. I heard Rosie laugh as we went over a slight bump and my head hit the window.
Soon we arrived at the hotel and some staff helped us with everything and we got up to our room fast. Rosie and I helped them throughout as we then tipped them nicely for their work.
"Thank you for helping us, have a great day!" I smiled because when Rosie spoke, I could already hear her Aussie accent becoming more predominate.
"No problem mate!" The younger woman said back to Rosie. She closed the door on her way out and Rosie turned around to see me staring back at her,
"Why are you looking at me like that?"
"I'm just really happy to be here with you. This is your home and I get to explore some of it with you." I explained to her as I walked over to her and hooked my fingers in the belt loops of her jeans. I pulled her close to me and she giggled and brought our lips together,
"But you're my home." My heart skipped a beat at the cheesy line my fiancée said against my lips. I peck her lips once more before speaking,
"That was very cheesy, Park. But, since it's almost 8pm here and we need to eat some dinner, how about you," I poked her chest, "take me to a restaurant you used to go to. Our first glimpse into your past." I watched her eyes light up and she quickly grabbed her purse and my hand. Guess she thought of a spot.
She tugged my along behind her until we soon were on the streets of Melbourne. The streets were still busy at this time and I just enjoyed the atmosphere of the city. Some people recognized Rosie and politely waved to her and asked for a selfie here and there. I just smiled every time someone did because I knew how much Rosie wanted to meet a bunch of fans.
