Chapter Sixty-Nine [M]

(a/n: the chapter you've all been waiting for. it isn't all smut, but 98% is lol so i'll just put the warning here)

Y/N's POV

When my cousins left, I got to relax and I rested my body as much as I could so I could heal faster. Because damn, not having sex for 6 weeks has been absolute torture. It's by far been the longest amount of time we've gone without it since we started dating.

I got up from bed and stretched, not feeling any pain. I was a little puzzled that it didn't hurt, but I was happy since my checkup was today and I may be all healed. I went to the bathroom real quick and lifted my shirt to see my bruises still there, but they were fading finally. I smiled to myself as I took a shower and changed into my clothes for the day.

I made my way downstairs to eat some breakfast before my mom and I headed out for my checkup to see if I was good now. She made me some scrambled eggs and toast which I ate rather quickly and then we hopped in her car and were off.

Once we arrived, we waited for about 20 minutes before we got called in. We then waited another 5 minutes for the doctor to come in.

"Hello y/n, nice to see you again. How is everything feeling?" He asked me while glancing down at a chart on his clipboard.

"Honestly, I'm feeling a lot better. My ribs barely hurt anymore and my head isn't pounding or anything." I said with a smile.

"Well that's good to here," he looked up from the paper, "we are just going to get an x-ray really quick to see if everything is in place. So if you would come with me real quick and I'll get a nurse to give you the x-ray."

I followed the man out of the room to a smaller one down the hall. A nurse walked in and I said hello,

"Hello to you too," she said with a smile, "if you could just lift your shirt up so it doesn't bug out the scanner, that would be great."

I did as I was told and she brought the machine closer to my body. I sat there and then heard the sound of it going off. I laid there for a few more moments before she lifted the machine away and told me I could go back to the room to wait for the results. I nodded and made my way back to where my mom was.

It took about another 15 minutes for the results to come back. The doctor went over them and told me everything looked good. He said I could still take lighter pain medication if my body ached a little, but I was back to my full free range of motion. I smiled like an idiot like that as I've waited for years; at least that's what it has felt like.

I was practically bouncing out of there in joy as we made it to my mom's car. She told me to calm down multiple times, but I couldn't. I texted JenLisoo the news and they were all super happy for me. I held off on texting Rosie because I wanted to tell her in person.

My mom and I soon made it home and I just had a light snack before I went upstairs and got my keys to my car. I told my mom I was going out and she told me to be safe and shouted an 'I love you'. I said it back to her and walked out the door to my car. I turned it on and drove over to Rosie's house. I knew she was home alone since Alice went back to Melbourne since her break was over and Clare was doing some overtime at work because of a big project.

So that meant Rosie and I would have the Saturday to ourselves.

I pulled up to her house and parked in the driveway, getting all giddy with excitement. I hopped out and walked up the porch, to the front door, and rang the doorbell. I waited a few seconds before it opened to reveal my amazing girlfriend. I saw her eyes light up upon seeing me and a smile spread across her face.
