jisung didn't know what just happened, neither could he forget how terrified he looked. just what happened in his sleep? how horrible was it that made him so traumatised?

to the point hyunjin begged him to stay with him, how lonely and petrified he must've felt going through this himself. jisung wanted to help him, but he didn't know how.

he didn't wanna push the taller into opening up and telling him, he wanted to make sure he was ready enough to tell it himself. whenever that would be, that is.

sighing heavily to himself, jisung glanced over to the slightly opened door to the bathroom. 'he'd never done this before, what happened to him when i was gone?' he thought to himself, the sound of the door opening wider snapped him back into reality.

and out came the most ethereal boy jisung couldn't help but see, everything about him was beautiful. simply put, hyunjin was a complete beauty.

no matter what he wore, he looked so elegant. especially with his naturally sulky and soft, long hair that drove jisung nuts. what was he doing to him?

"you're done?" jisung softly smiled, hyunjin slowly nodding his head as he only looked down.

"s-sorry about that..." he mumbled quietly, jisung luckily hearing it.

"oh no! it's okay, i'm always here for you whenever you need me hyung." jisung widened his smile, finally making him look up hesitantly.

"t-thank you... you're a nice person..." he mumbled.

this only made jisung warmly smile even more, relieved he felt a bit better than before. despite having countless questions he'd wanted to ask, jisung decided to drop it.

it wasn't a good timing anyways, especially when the older was still weak minded about it. maybe time will come soon when he could finally open up.

"is there something else you wanna do? perhaps go somewhere?" jisung suggested, anticipating his answer.

hyunjin froze for a moment, not knowing what to say. slowly shaking his head, he nervously bit his lips. "n-not really... i rarely get to go outside..." he mumbled.

"what?" jisung paused, unable to process what he'd just heard.

did he hear that right? hyunjin rarely go outside? was it because of his parents? did they seemingly trap him inside his own house? but, why?

no matter how hard jisung thought, he was unable to shake the uneasiness off him. how terrible and sorry he felt for him, it was only growing stronger the more he heard from the taller.

"m-my parents..." hyunjin mumbled as he nervously gulped, slightly shaking before him. "t-they didn't let me go outside. or take me places..."

jisung couldn't help but slightly widen his eyes in shock, unable to believe it. how badly treated was he? that the feeling of happiness and hope were stripped away from him, only leaving him broken and distraught.

despite jisung not knowing what to do, there was one thing he was so sure of. and that was, he wasn't gonna leave hyunjin alone in this state.

he couldn't stand seeing him so hopeless and fragmented, he needed to help him. after all, he was hyunjin's only last hope, and he wasn't gonna just throw him away like everyone else.

in fact, he was different to everyone else who did nothing but brought misfortune in hyunjin's life. and jisung was gonna do everything he can to save him, to bring him back the happiness that once left his life.

even if it was gonna take him years to finally save the boy, he was gonna do it. no matter what.

"they did what?" jisung asked in disbelief, eyes filled with nothing but sorrow.
