was jisung concerned about leaving hyunjin with his best friends? tremendously. but was he also regretting it? not that much, especially after realising what today was.

in fact, despite feeling a huge amount of worry inside him, he also couldn't fight the excitement building up. he was finally going on a date with changbin after all, well, to him it felt like it; changbin, on the other hand, might just think of this as a hangout.

whatever it was, jisung was thrilled to spend the whole day with the older. to the point it felt like a date to him, and he's probably gonna be thinking this way for the whole entire day. he just hoped changbin didn't think of it as weird.

if he had to be real, they don't usually hang out much. changbin usually spend his weekends going out with chan, and felix and jeongin would occasionally come over to jisung's house to hangout. overall, they don't really hang out much.

but today was the day, the date jisung could spend more time with his long time crush. and he just couldn't help but also feel the anxiety flushing through him, i mean, how could he not?

he just wanted to look the best for him and make sure the two enjoy the day, he didn't want anything small to ruin his little date. only thinking about the fact they were gonna hang out, would only make jisung even more ecstatic.

as he waited outside the house for changbin to come and pick him up, he only stood silently. 'do i look good? i hope changbin likes what i'm wearing.' jisung thought to himself, unable to stop smiling nervously in response.

it wasn't until a sudden thought came to his head, making jisung think for a moment. 'i wonder if they're doing okay. i mean, i know they've just met but i really hope nothing goes wrong with hyunjin hyung. after all, i left the house for changbin hyung, i hope he doesn't mind...'

it wasn't a lie another part of him was kind of rethinking about the whole decision. was it really okay to just leave hyunjin with people he barely knew for more than a few days? it was gonna be fine right? it wasn't like his best friends was gonna do something bad.

after all, he know his best friends well the most, he knew what they were like. so he hoped hyunjin was able to warm up a bit to them, or at least they would make him feel comfortable and safe, in replace for jisung's place.

for now, at least. until the whole date is over, he just hoped hyunjin was able to overcome meeting new people and hopefully feel more confident.

with such thoughts running at the back of his head, jisung didn't realise he was lost in deep thoughts when he soon heard a sudden voice call his name. "jisung!"

the moment he heard changbin's voice, he immediately smiled widely and looked over to a smiling changbin who was quite nicely dressed. not formal or anything, but just casual and comfortable clothes.

"hey changbin hyung." jisung greeted, his fingers fiddling in nervousness. was it really this nerve-wracking to be spending the whole day with his crush?

well, if you have to put it that way then surely. not to forget it was their first time hanging out after a long while. in fact, how could jisung not be anxious right now? his crush is literally right outside his house right now, to hang out for the whole day.

"are you ready to go?" changbin softly smiled, causing jisung to nod enthusiastically.

"yeah! let's go, i can't wait." he answered almost too excitedly, finding himself unable to hold back in his emotions anymore.

only smiling wider than before, changbin nodded as they both began walking. it hadn't even been a long while since they began walking and jisung couldn't help but awkwardly stand beside his side as they walked.
