Flashback~

"I'll be back soon! I promise, unlike the great god, I have to make a living." Alina smiled at Volkan who trapped her under his grip. "I already told you that I would give you everything that you desire."

She smiled at him, kissing his arm. "I know but it gives me a sense of purpose." With no words left to convince her, he let her go, flopping back on the bed. He looked at her as she placed her clothes on, a smile forming on his face.

"Soon you will be mine." He murmured causing her to look back at him. "Did you say something?" He shook his head at her. "Nothing at all my love." With one last kiss, she was out the door.

Alina knew what he had said and it pained her. Guilt was eating her alive but she kept it buried deep down inside. "Have you returned already?" Demetria called out with a smile as the love of her life ran to her, embracing her with a hug and kiss. "I have missed you my love."

It all began at the gala that was thrown a few years back. Volkan was smitten with Alina and so was Demetria. Volkan confessed to her that evening and right after was Demetria. Alina thought that she had the world. Two gods wanted her so she visited the two of them but she fell for both of them.

Demetria realized what was happening, she was hurt but she wanted Alina's answer to be her. She wanted her so much that it hurt. No matter what happened, she needed Alina.

Alina hummed into her neck as Demetria picked her off the floor. She squealed in amusement, all the guilt slipping away. Alina felt happy with the both of them but she knew that Demetria was selfish and wanted her all for herself.

She knew that it was hard for Alina to leave Volkan without him throwing a tantrum so she snuck to see her instead. "You smell like him, were you with him before you came here?" Demetria asked, slight pain in her voice.

Alina hated that she had to keep her a secret but she understood why. "I was with him but it doesn't matter because I'm with the one I love." A kiss was placed on her lips before Demetria pulled away. "How about a bath?" A smirk ascended upon her face.

"As you wish."

"You cannot keep doing this, Alina. You have to chose one of them!" She wanted Demetria because she made her feel like no one else could. She felt alive, loved, sexy of but with Volkan, he made her feel happy, safe, loved comfort and reassurance.

She looked down at the ring on her finger. Demetria had proposed and was about to tell Volkan about them but Alina stopped her. She said that she should be the one to let him go privately and Demetria agreed.

Tears formed in her eyes, hating herself for even placing herself in this situation but she had made her choice and that was staying with Volkan. She was going to tell him everything that happened and hoped that he would forgive her.

"What do you mean? I thought you loved me? I thought that we would-" Alina wiped away her tears, trying not to form her own. "Please do not hold hate for me. I should have never led you on this far."

"D-Did you even love me at all?" Alina immediately nodded her head. "I did, I do! I love you but they would never agree with us. Heaven knows what they would have done to you."

Demetria shook her head. "No, no I understand." The pain in her heart was unbearable, she felt like she was dying. "Please forgive me, I am so sorry." A plan formed in her head immediately, a smile made its way to her face. "You do not have to apologize." She held her hand.

"Let me give you a present. The last one as your love and first a your friend."

Alina shook her head, already feeling horrible for what she did. "Please, you do not have to." Demetria shook her head wiping her tears away.

"I insist."

Blood ran.

Many gods laid dead or seriously injured. Demons screeched through the night, wildly killing innocent people as they tried getting shelter. Volkan growled, ripping through them, kill them in numbers. Their claws sank into his skin but he paid them no mind as he crushed them with his body weight.

Zephyr's eyes glowed gold, sending the creatures into the air, watching them fall to the floor, their bodies breaking. He commanded the vines to wrap around their necks and arms as they tighten around the demons, cutting their necks opens slowly.

Elder Gartha soon arrived, her eyes glowing blood red. "Ad terrae!" (Return to the earth!) She glanced up at Demetria and her eyes widened. She knew who the witch that was helping her cause all this chaos.

Zeus called on the sky for assistance, those monsters turned into ashes before the could have a chance to attack. He threw a lighten bolt slicing open five Shadow demons to a tree. Their cries were in vain as their bodies shriveled away.

Zulu's eyes shone as bright as the moon, crushing them under the weight of a boulder. A sensor went off in her head, her arm immediately went up, grabbing the animal in mid air. She snapped his neck.

Aries charged with his army, killing many of them at once. He swung his sword, it pierced three crawlers at once. He withdrew the sword as two tackled him to the floor, clawing this leg open.  cry escaped his lips as Ogun, the god of war from West Nigeria ripping their heads off their bodies, dragging Aries to the side.

Apollo rushed to their side, healing him as best as he could. "How does that feel?" Aries laughed stumbling to his feet. "A little pain never hurt anyone." He spat his gold blood to the side, running back into battle.

But they didn't stop, they kept running out the trees in the thousands. "You cannot win, Volkan." Demetria laughed but he couldn't touch her which pissed him off even more. He crushed the monster's head in his jaw, spitting it to the side.

A barrier blocked her and it was extremely strong. Nemesis wiped the blood off her faces and she was enraged. "On your left!" Artemis screamed at her. With swift movements, she used her scythe, slicing the head of the minion.

The witch smiled at the war then looked at her hour glass. Time was not on Demetria's side but she wanted to see how things would play out.
