They see your self-harm scars (TVD)

Stefan: 

He'd ask questions about when it started, and then assure you that he would do everything he can to help you break the pattern. It would make him very emotional, the thought of you suffering, so he keeps his promise.

Damon: 

You'd expect him to freak out about it, but the opposite would happen. He'd be very sensitive about it and make sure you knew you could trust him with anything. He'd pull you into a hug and say a few comforting things.

Jeremy:

He'd keep a close eye on you- he wouldn't do things that impair your ability to live an everyday life, like never let you use scissors, but he'd always ask you how you feel and how your day went.

Silas:

He would genuinely not understand why you do/did this (and would admit his lack of understanding) but he would do his research and try to learn about it and how he can help.

Enzo:

He would sit and examine your scars, quietly counting them. He wouldn't make you talk about it if you didn't want to, but highly encourage that you talk to him eventually.

Elijah:

He'd be heartbroken that you would ever think of doing that to yourself, asking questions in an attempt to understand where this behavior was coming from. 

Klaus:

He would assure you that he did not see you as weak or attention-seeking, as those labels are often applied to self-harmers. He wants you to know he does not see you any differently now, and would show his love by kissing all of the scars.

Rebekah:

If the cuts were new, she'd immediately rush for first aid. She'd tend to each and every one of them, making sure to be very gentle, letting you squeeze her hand when it stung.

Kai:

Kai would probably not know what to say or do. Instead of saying a long speech about your self-worth, he focuses his attention on comforting you and being there to listen.

Katherine:

Similarly, she wouldn't entirely know how to handle the situation- she would ask you what you think she could do to make you happy or help you overcome this. 

Marcel:

He catches you in the act. The first thing he does is ask you to hand him whatever you were using and put it away. He'd beg you to drink in order to heal the fresh wounds, then just hug you. 

Elena:

She'd immediately go into older sister mode and freak out a tiny bit, but when you tell her why you do it, she's so brokenhearted that all she can do is pull you in for a hug and tell you that she loves you.

Bonnie:

She understands how you feel 100% even if she doesn't understand the situation- after all, she did attempt suicide. She tries to use that as a way to explain to you that your life could be much more than what you feel now.

Caroline:

After taking what you were using, she'd just hug you. She's at a loss for words, so she cries with you and kisses your forehead.

Kol:

His first instinct is to comfort you, playing with your hair and generally touching you to make sure you were still alive and there because it scared him. When the both of you had calmed down, he kisses your wounds very gently.

Hayley:

To be honest she probably understands very well, so she just takes you in her arms and cries with you and tries to comfort you rather than tell you what you already know.
