A- Affection (Do they show affection often? How so?)

He shows affection very blatantly and makes sure you know.

B- Bad Habit (Something you chastise them for constantly?)

Probably smoking.

c- Care (Their love language? Who takes care of who?)

His love language is physical touch. He grew up deprived of real human contact so you make sure he never feels neglected in that aspect- the amount of cuddles and kisses he's gotten that day will have a drastic effect on his mood. It's a mutual care-taking relationship, depending on who needs caring for.

D- Dancing (Do they dance with you? How and where?)

His parents are fancy pants so he probably knows how to dance, but he doesn't much care for fancy things because they feel forced. He'd rather watch you dance.

E- Extra (Any headcanon)

He speaks multiple languages. I'm thinking Spanish?

F- Fortunate (Do they appreciate you? How do they show it?)

God, where would he be without you? He shows it by having deep conversations with you and listening, to show he values your input.

G- Gorgeous (Their favorite physical feature on you?)

Your lips, definitely.

H- Happy (Something about you that always cheers them up?)

He always feels a little better when he remembers how much you care about him. You getting worried is the cutest thing to him because he usually has it all figured out, so he doesn't think about it as important.

I- Insecure (What would make them insecure?)

Not a lot, honestly. Maybe you ignoring him, for whatever reason.

J- Jealous (What would make them jealous/how do they react to you being jealous?)

He doesn't get jealous all that often, but he might get jealous of your friends if you're spending more time with them than him. You don't get jealous that often, mostly because he never gives you a reason to be. 

K- Keep (Something of yours they like to hold onto/something of theirs you like to hold onto?)

You steal his jumper, he steals your hair tie. 

L- Love (Do they say 'I love you' first/how?)

He says it after something big happens, like if you got injured or if he got into a fight. He assumes you know because he makes it obvious but that is when he has to be absolutely sure you know.

M- My love (Nicknames?)

He calls you a bunch of nicknames (darling, love, sweet), and definitely calls you stupid ones to tease you.

N- Needy (Do they need you? Do they ask for attention?)

He always seems to want attention at the least convenient time- when you're studying, sleeping, showering, in class, etc. He'll wander around the castle looking for you and then when he finds you he'll plop down next to you and just start playing with your hair.

O- Often (Something that they never forget to do to/with/for you?)

He makes you drink enough water. He'll sit down with you at every meal and make sure you down at least one glass.

P- PDA (How like are they to show affection in public, and what are their limits?)

Sirius loves being affectionate with you and does not mind doing it out in the open. He'll be a little more sparing when your parents or a teacher is around, but he always says, 'if someone's bothered by it, all they have to do is look the other way'. 

Q- Questions (What do they ask you often, or what is something they ask you that catches you by surprise?)

He asks a lot of random 'can we do---?' questions. 'Can I braid your hair?' 'Can we skip class?' 

R- Reading (Do they read to you/you to them? What book and how do you do it?)

He doesn't really care for reading, but his parents want him read up on the classics, so you read it to him to make it more fun.

S- Simp (How bad have they got it for you?)

He's got it baaaaad.

T- (Tired how do they act when they're/you're tired? How do you treat each other?)

He's able to tell instantly when you're tired, and makes you stop whatever you're doing and has you sleep, even if it's just a thirty minute nap. He wants you to take care of yourself.

U- Understanding (What do you two have that just goes without saying/when are you two most in sync?)

Knowing that you two care about each other just goes without saying, it's expressed in so many other ways.

V- Vacation (Where do they take you, what do you do?)

He takes you to a vacation home that his family owns and you'd just be a mess together. Since Kreacher is also responsible for taking care of that home too, he grumbles on about having to clean pancake batter off of the ceiling and fixing all the pillows because you two had a pillow fight war.

W- Why (When asked why they love you, what do they say?)

He'll just start listing off qualities about you that he admires. "Because they're sweet and smart and funny and a good listener and-"

X- Text (How do they text?)

He sends a lot of winky faces and probably spams you memes

Y- You (Your favorite thing about them?)

His hugs! His hugs are the best.

Z- ZZZ (Sleeping? Cuddles?)

A literal teddy bear. He snores a little bit though.
