-Gift giving (birthdays, Christmas, etc.) being the easiest and hardest thing. It depends on whether or not you choose to profile teammates: profiling makes it 100x easier, but it's hard otherwise because the time the team spends together is often case-focused
-Being nicknamed by Morgan and Garcia
-Prentiss being very protective of you (if you're timid, insecure, short)
-Rossi keeping you in check in a nonchalant way, like asking if you've had anything to eat that day. If you say you haven't, he doesn't give you a speech, he just says "do it" and gets back to work
-Obviously getting to listen to Reid talk about anything
-Trading life advice with Hotch. At the BAU, he knows what he's doing, but when he's talking to (whatever that new girl's name is that he meets at the marathon after Haley dies) he's inwardly very unsure and giddy.
-Prank wars. I don't know, I just feel like it happens
-Being able to let go of the feeling that everyone is judging you. You're usually all so busy and have seen so much that you don't really pay attention to each other's minor "flaws".
-JJ giving you little arm rubs when something's wrong because she can always tell
