"Ang alam ko po Ma'am gusto niya makausap si Sir Jun." my eyes darkened, my heart beating so fast.

"Did they talk?! Ano po pinag-usapan nila?" i'm becoming suspecious. Thoughts are flurry in my head.

"Opo nag-usap sila pero di ko na po alam pinag-usapan nila, Ma'am." i looked at him intently. He seems like hiding something

*Ting

"Ma'am bukas na po elevator." i gave him a death glare before went out.

I need to know it!

My mind is occupied with different thought.
What does Pax said to Daddy? Why did they talk? Why i didn't know it?

Fuck!

After a long hours battling with myself, i tried to call Pax but i can't contact her. Probably she's in a flight.

I get my car key and drive straight to Karina's company. They are best friend so probably she knows why.

"I need to talk with Karina Bautista." i said to their receptionist.

"Do you have an appointment Ma'am?" she asked carefully. I stared at her that makes her gulp.

"I don't give a damn fuck on your company policy! Just say to her that Kaori Brienne is here and i need to talk to her!" she hurriedly dialed on their telephone.

"Y-you can go to her office Ma'am. 16th floor, left wing."

"Good." i said to the receptionist and left her with fears.

I went straight to her office, i didn't even bother to talk. I just opened her door.

"What brought you here?" mataray na tanong niya.

"I need to know something. Why does Pax and Daddy talk? And what they'd talk about?" i said straight to the point.

She was shocked but compose herself.

"And what made you think na sasabihin ko sayo ang nalalaman ko?" i take a big step and in a span of second i'm just one step away from her.

"Tell me." i swallowed first before "Please" plead on her.

She was shocked again. Didn't expect that i can say it. Well, i didn't expect it too but i'm so desperate now.

"Hmm. I'm sorry. I didn't know that too. Actually, sayo ko lang nalaman na nag-usap sila." i try to read her eyes but i can't see lies.

"Why not try to ask it to Pax or to your Dad?" she suggested.

I laughed softly.

"I can't contact Pax and No. I don't and can't trust my Dad. I won't ask him." he's a cunning wicked.

"What about Lie? Do you think, she knows it?" Karina shakes her head.

"Walang pinagsabihan samin si Ate Jelay. T-The only thing i know is she was-- ahm..." she paused so i looked at her.

"She was what??" i asked impatiently.

"Can't say it. I don't know if ate Jelay would appreciate it kapag sinabi ko sayo. But i guess, you need to found out first why did your Dad and her talk about."

I'm looking at her at mukang wala talaga akong mapapala sa kanya.

"Argh! You're adding to my frustration!" i pulled my hair and walk out the door.

I called my friends but only Aljon pick up his phone.

"Aljon! I don't know what to do. I need to see Pax right now!"
