Steven and I smoked a cigarette in silence. The day was dull and gray, followed by a series of storms after a series of heat waves, after which the heat again portends. I felt that this irregularity in the weather was going to exhaust me. I am a man of clear four seasons, because then I know what to prepare for. And now we have summer but sometimes man feels like it's not there at all, sometimes it will snow in winter and sometimes in late spring. I was fucking such surprises. Above all, my boyfriend is at the top of the list of anomalies, who sometimes endured the summer period of alternating storms and sun really badly.

"What are you doing at the weekend?" Steven asked suddenly, breaking our blissful male silence.

"I'm sitting here, what about that?" I was surprised, looking at him sidelong.

"Nothing, I'm asking out of curiosity," man shrugged, quietly exhaling smoke from between lips.

"You're not asking out of curiosity," I denied. We both knew perfectly well that such acts from Steven were purely gossipy.

"Hyuck was talking to someone on the phone about spending the weekend together but from the way they talked, I didn't think it was you," he finally said and I felt chills.

"He didn't tell me anything," I sighed heavily, wondering why this boy was plotting again behind my back. Where he wanted to go again, what to do again. Donghyuck knew very well that I had to be in the company now. He was taking advantage of the fact that I wouldn't be able to control him again.

"Have you seen each other today?" Steven asked about something that was actually crucial. I must have gone too far over my head.

"Not yet," I admitted reluctantly. The vision of Hyuck's meeting with Seth or Taylor completely overwhelmed me. I forgot that we were supposed to see each other tonight for the first time in three days.

"Probably that's why" man only confirmed that my thoughts were slightly impulsive.

"But who could he go out with?" I wondered aloud. "He doesn't have any friends," I muttered under breath. I refrained from adding any suspicious friends. Although Hyuck's buddies haven't been introduced to me, I know he has a few and they often communicate in group chat. Brunet, however, didn't try to get us to know each other and I didn't insist. I accepted the fact that I'm apparently a partner whom he was hiding and not introducing to company. Hunter's company car pulled into the parking lot as if on cue. I waited a moment for him to come to us and decided to dispel my doubts. "What are you doing at the weekend?" I asked and Steven started to laugh out loud, which scared Hunter even further.

"Why do you ask?" he was surprised, looking at me very carefully.

"Out of curiosity," I replied blankly. "I don't want anything from you, don't be afraid," I added as the strange grimace didn't disappear from his face. More than his fear, I was afraid of over-interpreting my question in the romantic way.

"I'm going with Mr. Perez to Portland," he explained, however, crossing himself off Hyuck's list of potential weekend companions.

"Watch out for the highway works," I summed up briefly, patting him on the shoulder. "It's easy to collide there now" I explained, throwing the butt into the gravel.

"Okay..." Hunter just muttered, clearly baffled. He carefully stepped around us and disappeared behind a metal door.

"You'll give him a heart attack one day," Steven laughed as he stubbed out cigarette.
