Bodyguard (part 4)

Beam's P.O.V.

A few days passed and I haven't returned to the bar. I was annoyed thinking that Forth was going to wait for me until I finished with my one night stand. Now that I didn't want him to go through the trouble he seemed to be doing it more. Thankfully I haven't had any trouble this past couple of days. But he's still coming to lunch with me and always ask me if I'm going out in the night which I usually don't. Today however was Friday so I will be going to the bar but I won't say anything in hopes he thinks I will stay home. As I was walking to have lunch I spotted him on the table already waiting with food so I went over to him.

"You are early." I said sitting down in front of him.

"I wanted to buy lunch for you today since you've been doing it for the whole week. I also got out of class a little early." He said and I smiled.

"Thank you." I said grabbing my chair. I was happily eating until he started talking.

"So what time will you be going to the bar tonight." He said looking at me and I was surprised at first but then I frowned.

"I don't want you to go. At least not with me." I said and he shrugged.

"I already told you I'm going to do it." He said and I groaned.

"Whatever maybe I'll go maybe I won't." I said trying to put him off. The rest of the lunch went on smoothly though we talked like normal and he left when it was over.

The rest of the day seemed to fly by and soon I was getting ready to go out. Just as I was styling my hair I heard a knock on the door. Confused I went to answer it and to my surprise Forth was standing there already dressed nicely to go to the club. I shit the door on his face walking back to my room to finish myself. This asshole I swear. I heard the door open and he entered the room like it was his own.

"Don't you get a hint." I said.

"I chose to ignore it." He said sitting down on my bed looking at me style my hair.

"Why go to the trouble you look good anyway." He said and I shrugged not wanting to talk to him anymore. "Will you be done soon? I want a beer." He said and again I ignored him. This time he seemed to notice raising an eyebrow. "Beam." He called but this time I didn't even look at him. Since the bed was close to the mirror he used his feet to slightly kick the back of my leg. I turned around annoyed to glare at him. When I did he grabbed me pulling me towards him making me fall on top of him on my bed.

"Hey you idiot! Stop that I'm trying to get ready." I said.

"Don't ignore me then, I don't like being ignored." He said and before I could say something he placed a kiss on the top of my nose. I felt my cheeks heat up and I got up embarrassed pushing him away.

"Why the hell you did that?!?" I asked bewildered.

"I will do it every time you ignore me." He said.

"You asshole!" I said grabbing my wallet and keys. I'm leaving I said walking out. I stopped in front of my room needing to close it after he comes out and the idiot took his sweet time. He seemed amused when he finally decided to walk out.

"Weren't you in a hurry." He said and I just locked the door before walking away. Just as I was about to get into the elevator I felt him grab my waist.

"You are ignoring me again." He whispered in my ear before leaving a kiss next to it.

"FORTH! STOP DOING THAT!" I screamed feeling embarrassed after feeling a tingle run down my spine. I quickly got out of his arms and into the elevator. He followed smirking at me. "I don't want to continue the bet anymore. This already stopped being fun." I said crossing my arms.

"Too late for that you still have a little over three weeks with me." He said following me out of the elevator.

"Whatever." I said walking away. I noticed him get on his bike and following me to the bar. I just let him quickly parking my car and almost running inside. A minute later he was sitting beside me. We ordered some beers and scanned the room around finding someone who catches my eye. I winked at her before turning to Forth who was busy with his phone.

"Are you really staying today too or was last time a joke?" I asked him seriously.

"What do you think?" He said.

"I don't know! That's why I'm asking. You are stupid if you stay." I said and he shrugged.

"Guess you will find out soon." He said pointing behind me with his beer. I turned to look and saw the girl I just winked at.

"Is this seat taken?" She asked.

"Go ahead." I said but she was bold and sat down on my leg. I am impressed. I looked at Forth who now seemed busy with his phone.

"So are we going to have fun today?" She asked running a finger through my exposed chest.

"Seems like it." I said pulling her onto a kiss. Five minutes later we were walking upstairs. I turned to look back and noticed Forth was already looking at me. I motioned with my hand for him to leave but he just looked away. Whatever it's his problem I'm not forcing him or anything. I let the girl pull me into a room before getting on top of me. She started kissing my neck and lips but my thoughts kept wondering back to Forth for some reason. I felt extremely guilty that he was waiting for me downstairs while I'm hooking up with someone. I felt as if I was kind of cheating at him which I obviously wasn't. After a while I let out a sigh and the girl glared at me.

"What's wrong with you?" She said mad.

"Sorry I'm kind of not in the mood right now." I said and that seemed to anger her more.

"I could get in trouble with my boyfriend for this and I didn't even get to have any fun." She complained and my eyes widened.

"What are you doing here if you have a boyfriend? Seriously what's wrong with you all? Always getting me in trouble." I ranted getting mad.

"It's your fault!" She said and I glared at him.

"My fault? I didn't force you to do anything. I didn't even come on to you. I just winked at you from across the bar. If you have a boyfriend you are supposed to ignore me but instead you choose to come to me!" I said exasperated.

"Whatever thank you for ruining my life." She said standing up and fixing herself before walking away. I just laid in bed frustrated. Seems like trouble will come find me again I sighed. My thought returned to the idiot waiting for me downstairs. Boy am I glad to have him right now, or maybe he did leave? I walked downstairs again couldn't help but smile when I saw him still sitting down where I left him.

"That quick?" He asked and I shook my head.

"Wasn't in the mood today. Besides she also said she has a boyfriend so I'm sorry but I think there's more trouble on the way." I said looking at him feeling guilty.

"I'm not surprised." He said shaking his head.

"Should we leave? I don't want to be here anymore." I said feeling tired all of a sudden.

"Let's go." He said. I said my goodbyes to him at the bar but I noticed he followed me to my apartment complex making sure I arrived before going back home. He's way too nice seriously.
