Prompt: What if Izuku was a FTM transgender?AKA, with if Izuku was born a female and became male due to gender dysmorphia?Now, the original prompt suggestion was what if Izuku was female. However, I don't think he would change much even if he was born with a vagina. Maybe more bitchy, but that's it. However, I've been wanting to do a transgender Izuku for a while.I would just like to say sorry if this is inaccurate to anyone transgender reading it. I am a bi woman, so I clearly don't have experience with it. However, I did my research and did want to try and represent transgenders as accurately as possible. If there is anything wrong, let me know.Here's some background:1. Izuku has had gender dysmorphia his whole life obviously. 2. He started presenting as male at about 8 years old by his own choice. 3. He hasn't done any hormone blockers, treatments, or anything like that. For those unaware, those types or treatments have consequences to mental health. I am about to throw Shouta off of the UA towers.

I just need him to pick up some things without questioning it. Is it a weird request? Of course. Should he still do it anyway? Abso-fucking-lutely.

"Izuku, why do you have feminine products on the list?" Shouta asks when he looks at the shopping list for the week.

I'm already dying of anxiety. I didn't need this. Thankfully, I have an excuse.

"It's for the girls at the dorms. It's the emergency stash." Seems logical to me, and that is true. The girls can come pick up that shit from me if they need to. They know I don't judge.

"Shouldn't that be with the girls? We offer some in the girls' restrooms anyway."

"They have some. I just have backup of a backup. Also, what UA offers is flimsy shit that I can spit through. Nezu cheaps out of the weirdest of places." Yeah, like, why is he willing to buy robots but not decent health care products?

Shouta sighs, "Fine. What kind?"

"One of each!"

"...could be a worse investment. Moving on, Zashi-" Shouta moves onto his man to get more information on whatever the fuck he wrote down.

That wasn't a nice chat. I get that it would be easier to tell him that I don't have a dick, but I have no clue how to bring that up in a conversation.

"Damn, Izu. If I knew you were the one stealing all that shit, I would have been stealing them from you," Nemuri points out.

"Ma'am, I'm willing to share, but please don't take all of them. It's awkward enough having to ask someone to get them for me. Ask for your own."

Nemuri laughs, "I'm kidding, jeez! Do they ask for them that often?"

"No, but I rather save them for actual emergencies." The amount of excuses I am having to pull out of my ass to cover for myself. It doesn't help that I am ready to snatch her weave. My dysmorphia is already being a bitch. I just want to be left alone.

"Come on, Izu-"

I cut her off with the most friendly smile I can pull as I stand up, "I have work to do. Talk to y'all later."

I don't bother to look back as I go to my dorm and nearly slam the door.

Breath, Izuku, breath. Beating a bitch isn't helping anybody unless it is a villain.
