AU - Failed Court Case 2

Prompt: Izuku bounces back after the rejection.Yeah, it's been a while, but it's finally here. I didn't have an idea for it, but now I do.

After a week, I am back together. And I am SPITEFUL!

Did these motherfuckers really think that they could get away with taking my hero license and expect me to go on my knees like a dog? What ridiculous thinking! Hell, even the thing with All Might was dumb! They should have known better, but that's a big ass NOPE!

They may have knocked me over for a hot second, but I am back, and it's time for me to reenter the scenes! I've been working on my plan all day, and it is starting to bloom in front of me now.

When I come out of my room dressed up, I grin when I see the TV had switched to the cameras in front of UA (it does that whenever the cameras catch something suspicious, so it's a nice feature Nezu added in this case). In the video, there would be many news people waiting for their next big hit.

"What the hell is the media doing here? It's after school hours," Shouta complains as he glares at the screen.

"Oh, that's for me!" I announce, and everyone looks at me like I have lost it. You know what? Maybe I have! However, since the media's opinion no longer matters to me as I am no longer play by the HC's rules, I have every right.

"Why? When did you even get into contact with them?"

"I got into contact with them this morning!" I happily explain as I strut over to the window reflection and check to make sure that I look great, "As for why, it's a surprise!"

"Okay...is this a smart idea?" I fix a couple of curls on my head. Otherwise, I am looking great.

"It is to me."

Shouta sighs, "Just don't get arrested."

"I don't plan on it. I still have to be the best man at your wedding, after all! Now, if you'll excuse me, the world is waiting for me!" I head outside, but then remember something and pop my head back in, "By the way, if you would like to watch live, you can watch on literally any news channel. I invited them all!"

I don't give them a chance to react as I pop out. I have a show to start!

I make my way to the front of UA, and goddamn, I can already hear them. Nonetheless, I keep a big smile on my face as I step into the cameras. I guess they remember my warning from last time because they go quiet as soon as they see me.

"Hello everyone! I have a big announcement to make, especially to the Hero Commission. I hope they read their emails this morning. If not...well, the internet exists for a reason. Enough rambling, though. You want to know why I am all here."

I look directly into the cameras and keep an even yet happy tone,

"Hero Commission. I have acknowledged your rejection for allowing me to become a hero. However, I am going to have to reject your rejection. I shall start my patrol in downtown Musutafu at 6 AM sharp tomorrow morning! You may be questioning the legality of this and probably already sending your watchdogs to arrest me, but I promise that this is completely legal. I will not go into every law here, but I will go over the most obvious laws here. The definition of vigilantism is someone that uses their quirk illegally. It does not go beyond that. You can not arrest someone without a quirk under that law unless you are a dumbass. Even if you do arrest me for that, or any of these laws for that matter, expect me to be free in 24 hours.

All that I will use weapon-wise have specifically been approved by the HC and Japan's Defense for self-defense.

Speaking of self-defense, as long as someone is fighting and I am attacked in some form, it is self-defense.
