Prompt: Izuku gets hit with a quirk that gives him more energy than he usually have and Shouta and everyone has to deal with him

So I was in the mall going booty short shopping when I suddenly hear a scream.

"Midoriya is that you?!" I was hoping I wouldn't be recognized, but my luck, I did! I spin around to meet a hyper man who equals the energy of me. He's slightly taller than me and everything about him is rainbow. It's not bad, but it kind of hurts my eyes for how bright it is! Thankfully, nobody else seems to care, so Jesus blessed me somewhere!

Not God obviously.

I give the sanest smile can give, "Hi! Good to see I have a fan. You are?" Yes, I know that it's awkward. What do you expect? This wasn't on the to-do list, mate!

"Oh, everyone calls me Energy! I'm a huge fan." As most fans do, Energy introduces his hand, but I notice how shakey it is. Swallowing my phobia, I quickly shake before suddenly pulling back when I feel something rush through the hand into my body. "OH MY GOSH, I AM SO SORRY! I CAN'T CONTROL IT WHEN I'M EXCITED!"

It feels like a goddamn energy high. I could barely sit still before. Now, I need to move constantly. It's like an adrenaline rush because I am shakey even while moving. My heart is pounding in my throat, and it feels as though I am about to explode. However, I cover it up for now.

Even if I swear I see all the colors in the damn rainbow.

"It's not a problem! What's your quirk so I know what to expect?" I ask. I need to know everything about it.

"It's Energy Builder! My body produces a large amount of energy and builds up to the point that I can't remain still. I can transfer this energy to someone else, and it starts all over. Because of this, I don't need to sleep. However, I need to eat constantly and transfer my energy to someone. I usually can control the amount I transfer, but when my emotions are high, it does its own thing!" Very similar to me, except I don't have a fucking quirk.

I nod as I tremble violently, "How long can I expect it to last?"

"Oh, 24 hours! No sleeping meds work on it either. Once it is up, you will experience a violent crash. However, I swear I didn't have that much energy."

"It's me. I have a huge amount of energy, so add that on top, and I will practically explode! Don't worry, it was an accident! I should probably head back! It was nice to meet you! Be careful with your quirk for now on and later!"

With that, I zoom off at the speed of light while using germ-x. I have a theory I would like to test.

I may have broken class 1-A's door by throwing myself through it.

"IZUKU, YOU CAN'T THROW YOURSELF THROUGH DOORS!" Iida exclaims.

"Izuku, why?" Shouta asks. I straighten up, and Sho quickly realizes the problem when he sees me shifting and shaking violently. "What's wrong?"

"Shouta, use your quirk on me, please." I rush out because I'm talking way too fast. I watch his eyes glow and hair rise, but the energy is still there, "FUCK!"

Shouta walks over to me and attempts to grab me to lead me out, but I flinch visibly. I jump through the door and Shouta follows behind. When we are out, he asks, "What happened?"

"A fan used their quirk on me. Energy Builder. He can build energy while transferring to others. He accidentally used it on me!" I couldn't stay still anymore.
