Prompt: Somehow, whether through Izuku blackmailing Shouta to do it or through a villain's quirk, Izuku and Shouta swap personalities for a day. A bit of a cliché yes, but I just want to see Shouta acting as Hyper as this version of Izuku.

This is from Ticker on AO3 so thank you for the prompt!

I tried. It's a bit rushed, but it gives an idea of what would happen...

Yeah, this is some cursed shit.

"Patchy, I need you to cut him off by the next block by eating him or something!" I command in my headset. Currently, Shouta and I are chasing down a villain that the other excuses of heroes could not get. The man is a low-ranked villain for fuck sakes!

Sometimes, I swear heroes are decreasing in intelligence over each generation.

I can't say shit when this is the same idiot who snuck in as an undercover stripper to a club. Before you ask, it did work. It's was hard to keep a knife in my g-string, especially when it's next to my pee-pee.

OFF-TOPIC, MOVING ON!

We have no idea on his quirk, but from what I see, it has to be some sort of mental quirk. Maybe he is quirkless if lady luck loves us enough.

Probably not.

Shouta swings above me with his capture weapon while Patchy flies on ahead. Within a minute, we hear a scream. We arrive to see the man had been knocked over by Patchy. Using my boosters, I fly at the man while retracting the electric batons. The man manages to dodge somehow, but I take advantage of it and burst forward. I turn on the electric armor, ready to bash into him. Of course, he barely dodges. I hear another pair of footsteps land on the ground, well-aware that it's Shouta here to help. I'm not worried about electrocuting him as Sho has electric-proof armor, so I try to ram the man again.

However, something unusual happens.

The man reaches out and grabs me, electrocuting himself, but then he touches Shouta. This is usually a dumbass move generally because he did knock out right after he did it. It's the after-effects.

It feels like the energy is sapped from me. This heavyweight crashes me into the ground and roll. I have to catch my breath. This isn't something that would wear me out so easily.

What is going on? What kind of quirk is this?

I look up to see Shouta having wrapped up the knocked out man, but he seems off. He looks at me, and I notice how his eyes are no longer droopy, but instead physically alert. His body language is straight, not sloppy. I take note of the small twitches in his hands, similar to how I twitch when I'm sitting still.

The first idea that comes to mind is an energy switch quirk. The man did touch us before he knocked out, so he did have physical contact. I don't know how that would benefit him. It was an illogical move on his part. There has to be more.

"You okay, dumbass?" I look at Shouta, who asked that. His tone is even higher-pitched compared to normal, like in a happier mood. It hits me like a ton of bricks. I need to test a theory.

"What's your opinion on Hizashi?" This question could have been anything, but I chose Hizashi as I firmly know his opinion there. Or, at least I thought I did.

"He's my sexy mother-fucker, and if you try to take him, I will beat you to the ground without hesitation. What kind of question is that? You ignored my question!" That confirms it.

Shouta and I switched personalities.

That explains the energy drainage. I think he is starting to realize the problem because he looks shocked at me.
