Prompt: A good prompt idea would be to have cannon deku switched with this one due to a quirk and see how everyone deals with a different deku (and how fed up everyone in cannon gets with Izu)
I'm counting this as a prompt request because someone else said it to.
hhh was the first person to said it, and then the person who said this was JuniperrBerries (flyingtacorage) on AO3.
I planned to do this eventually, but now I have an excuse to do it!

"Sir, we need to contain Miss. Universe before she injures any more people!" I tell one of the heroes as I helping civilians get out of the rubble. Unfortunately, the hero I am trying to convince fight her is helping civilians as well when he is a combat hero.

"These civilians are of higher priority!" He exclaims. Damn righteous heroes.

"Well, there is certainly going to be more if we don't stop her!"

"Why don't you fight her?!"

"Because I'm more effective at rescue while you are more effective at combat! However, since you aren't willing to do that, I will! Patchy, continue rescue operations!" I exclaim as I zoom off in the CAT armor. I easily find Miss. Universe as she is running on foot, and I throw my grappling hook to grab the back of her shirt. I pull her towards me; however, I notice her spinning around to face me. I release the hook to grab the front of her shirt when she is close, but she reaches towards me, where she ends up touching my arm.

My vision goes black. My hearing goes fuzzy. It feels like I am falling.

Is this her quirk?

Suddenly, my senses return to me harshly when I hear a large boom along with a scream, "DEKU! WHAT THE HELL?!"

What the fuck is Kacchan doing here?

"Patchy is no longer connected. The connection has been moved to Shouta Aizawa."

CAT echoes to me through the visor. What the fuck? It takes going to hell and back to lose that signal, so what the fuck is going on?

I scan my area to realize that I am in one of UA's training facilities.

WAIT, THERE ISN'T AN ATTACK ON UA, IS THERE?!

I start hearing a flurry of booms approaching me, "YOU'RE NOT DEKU! DIE!"

Did I outgrow my name or something? That's not Kacchan.

I see Kacchan appear in front of me, and, on instinct, I grab his arm despite the explosions and throw him against the wall hard. I ain't pulling no sympathy card.

Yagi's voice fills the room, "Everyone, please leave the area. There is a villain in the building!"

Villain? I know I look like one, but come on! You should recognize me...

Wait...we don't have any information on Miss. Universe. What if her name is a dead give-away? She did reach to touch me, so she did activate her quirk.

DON'T FUCKING TELL ME THAT SHE CAN MOVE PEOPLE IN OTHER UNIVERSES!

I hear a familiar snap, causing me to move to the right to avoid that scarf I know too well.

"Hold up, don't attack! I may have attacked him, but that's only because he attacked me!" I raise my hands and look at Shouta, and my theory is confirmed when I see he's wearing that old torn-up thing he calls a costume. He would never switch to that shit again if he didn't have to. He uses his quirk on me but holds a confused look when it doesn't work.

"Who are you?" Sho- fuck that, Aizawa asks.

"Izuku Midoriya at your service, and I am quirkless before you ask! Question: What the fuck is currently happening?" However, I don't know why he is confused. Do I have a quirk here? If so, I will forever be salty.
