Prompt: Here's the thing: It was supposed be something really simple of what would happen if the squad was a cabin crew.
Then I thought, "damn, too simple" so I started thinking up ideas, and here we are. Completely different world. It will be explained.
So it's still a cabin crew. Just with a twist in the story.
Sorry if the ending is rushed. This has been mostly done for nearly two months, and I didn't want it to sit around any longer, so here we are!
Basically, I got done with it!

When quirks first appeared, people lost their shit. I mean, what else are they going to do? Be law-abiding citizens while they hide their powers away?

Hell naw! There are going to be people out there who take advantage of any string they can grab onto, and boy did they! War erupted all over the place as quirks were seen as 'demonic.'

A war between the quirked and quirkless. Somehow, despite the quirkless having guns, nuclear bombs, and fucking robots, quirked people still won. Overtime, natural selection favored quirked people while disrespecting the quirkless.

In today's age, quirkless are extremely rare because bad past equals kill the quirkless. Okay, not exactly. Most humans do not go that far. However, quirk discrimination is a bitch. Quirkless can't get jobs or anything 'normal humans' can do as they are considered weak. Some are bullied into suicide. Some of them are just killed because why not? A lot of quirkless are even sent to special places to be protected! It doesn't do its job, but it's there! Overall, the odds are against quirkless.

Against me.

Hello, I am Izuku Midoriya, and I am quirkless! The odds were against me the moment I turned four! It's was the goddamn plot twist of the decade for me!

Trust me when I say that being quirkless is a burden. However, I make it work. I thank above Mom did not send me to one of those looney toon places like what happens to most quirkless. She did consider it. However, she saw what happened to people like me, so she kept me in the world and protected me the best she could. I'm not dead, so she did her job! If she had sent me off, I would not be working one of the top airships in Japan!

I never talked about that, huh? Air travel became huge as well when quirks popped as being on the ground became so dangerous. Everyone wanted away from the action. They didn't want to get hurt by just living, so they took to the airs. Air travel became famous, specifically airships. People can live and travel on airships without a worry in the world. Think of it like a flying hotel. Or a flying island. Crew members became a vital job in society. In fact, it is considered the top job because crew members are expected to take care of the people, protect them, and guide an airship. So many factors are involved. Crew members are trained on every aspect of the ship from dealing with Karens to how to keep a ship from crashing.

Crew members became kind of like heroes for society. Some even become famous for how well they take care of their people! For example, the top airship before the Endeavor ship was the All Might ship, run only by one person yet taking care of millions; Yagi Toshinori. His quirk just made him that powerful. Unfortunately, he worked so hard that he was forced into retirement. That's why most people work with at least one other member. Depending on the size of the ship, there could be as few as four members, like mine, which holds over a thousand people, or upward of a hundred crew members with a million people like the Endeavor ship.

Nowadays, people can live on the ground, but the airship lifestyle just stuck. However, that also means that villains have figured out a way of attacking the ships. That's why being a crew member is such a hard job; they have to protect against that and so much more as previously said.

That's why it is so hard to become one.

So how have I, a quirkless bastard, become on despite being so young as I am 15? Sit down and let me tell you a story about how being arrested can lead to some good consequences! It all started when I was twelve.
