Summary: SCP-007 is just a guy with a planet floating where his abdomen should be. The planet resembles 15th century Earth, and has intelligent life on it, but contact has yet to be established. 007 doesn't need food or water but can consume both through unknown means.
Usefulness: While 007 himself is quite intelligent, and compliant to the Foundation's restrictions, he is only human.
Against 682: Planet-Man vs. Mega Lizard! sounds cool in theory, but in reality, 007 stands no chance against 682.
