Summary: SCP-027 is an affliction affecting one person at a time that results in various creatures, such as rats, spiders, works, flies, etc., swarm around the present host, who appears to have no control over them. The vermin will attack anyone who approaches too closely and will even attack the host. The cause of this "disease" is unknown.
Usefulness: Not useful, since controlling the vermin is, as of yet, impossible.
Against 682: Not sure how making 682 harder to approach would help. What if he learns how to control them, or worse, that abdomen rat thing becomes more trouble than it needs to be? Not useful.
