Summary: SCP-054 is a female humanoid comprised of 90 L of water. While it usually exists in its humanoid form, it can also take on other shapes, most commonly geometric shapes. Due to evaporation, 054 must return to bodies of water frequently, and when she does she becomes indistinguishable from the rest of the water. 054 reacts to her environment in the same way regular water would, freezing at low temperatures, losing mass when denied new water to replenish itself with, and [DATA EXPUNGED] with acids/bases.
Usefulness: Not very useful, but interesting, nonetheless.
Against 682: Before being paired with 054, 682 would be dry. After their encounter, 682 would probably be wet. That or he would gain the properties of water. Either way, 054 is not capable of destroying 682.
