Summary: SCP-063 is a pale blue toothbrush with "The World's Best TothBrush" stenciled on the side. 063 may be made of regular plastic, but when its brush comes into contact with dead or inorganic matter, the bristles will expunge the matter out of existence. How this is done is unknown, but what is known is that 063 does not follow the conventional laws of physics, i.e. matter cannot be created of destroyed.
Usefulness: Useful for getting rid of dead bodies, albeit a tedious process. Could also be useful for disposing of other SCPs perhaps. Cleaning SCP-035's (Possessive Mask) cell using 063 pending O5 approval.
Against 682: During testing with 063 on 682, it worked for a while, before the rate of regeneration far outweighed the rate of destruction. 682 also somehow became immune to 063's effects. Perhaps he willed himself to come "alive", making the toothbrush useless against him. Testing 063 on 682 again, this time when he is either unconscious or horribly damaged, pending O5 approval. Testing involving 063's radiation could prove to disintegrate 682 much faster. This is also pending O5 approval.
