Summary: SCP-072 is shadowy hand with sharp, pointed fingers. It manifests under beds, or things resembling beds, and infects any beds exposed to its area of effect. When a human enters REM sleep, the hand taps on their foot until they wake up. After they wake up, they begin to show signs of sleep paralysis, stating that they can't move, yet they can feel everything done to them. Sleep paralysis only stops once 072 stops being visible. After paralyzing its victim, 072 will use its fingers to cut portions of flesh from the victim's exposed feet. Once 072 is sated, or runs out of flesh below the ankle, 072 will de-manifest. Subjects report immense pain from the usually non-life-threatening wounds, however psychological trauma may persist.
Usefulness: 072 is not useful, as it cannot be controlled and provides the Foundation with nothing, only taking feet meat from people.
Against 682: 072 only works on humans, so against 682 it'd be pretty useless.
