Summary: SCP-023 is a large, sexless, canine with black fur. Any person that makes eye contact with 023 will die, or someone in their immediate family will die, 1 year after eye contact is broken. Victims of 023 were found to be unharmed on the outside, but full of compacted ash on the inside. It must be kept in a cell that resembles a crossroads, otherwise it will pass through any walls it needs to to find a suitable area to reside, incinerating the material it passes through.
Usefulness: Not useful. No use in randomly killing someone or their family member.
Against 682: If we were luckyenough to have this dog kill 682 in a year's time, that'd be great. If hedidn't die, or at least get filled with ash, that'd still tell us if there weremore of him, if he had a family we needed to be worried about. A frighteningthought, indeed
