Summary: SCP-082 has referred to himself as many characters, fictional and not, but will be referred to as King Fernand of France. This charade is the only thing keeping him contained and must be maintained when interacting with him. He appears to be genetically human, albeit with greatly exaggerated proportions. He's almost 8 feet tall, weighs 700 pounds, possesses an overweight yet muscular body, has a pointed head with very thick hair, sunken eyes, and appears to only talk while clenching his teeth. He will, however, unclench to eat and sing. Fernand is, as of yet, not able to be damaged. Several bullets and blades have even been found lodged in his flesh. 082 can and will consume human beings, almost always without warning. 082 likes to play characters and dress up. Sometimes he'll clench his teeth so hard that his gums bleed. He can speak fluent French and English with a British accent. Note: Use of asphyxiation or incendiary grenades to kill/damage 082 pending O5 approval.
Usefulness: 082 is incapable of distinguishing fact from fiction, meaning everything he sees on TV he believes to be a true event that actually happened. This means that he can be easily manipulated to help the Foundation, as he certainly has the strength to do so.
Against 682: Even though 082 possesses superhuman strength and durability, he is still only human. If SCP-076 ("Able") wasn't able to defeat 682, I highly doubt 082 would be able to do anything. If anything, 682 might be able to kill 082, which would be helpful.
